Everybody was friendly but be aware: They do not take items back if they don’t fit your stated purpose! I went there to get a part for measurements I provided. What I bought was in fact larger than the dimensions listed on the package. Then they wouldn’t refund it. Very disappointed and not going back there.

The Recent management changes and expansion of the yard have made a huge improvement. Service is still excellent (Thanks Kelly and Cassandra!) and prices are coming down.

Had one of my employees pick up some 14/3 cable from here thinking it would be more expensive than an electrical supplier by maybe 10 or 15%. Price was almost quadruple Home Depot or a electrical wholesaler, 2 stars for this place saving me a drive to Kimberley but I will never ever spend another dime here, there’s a difference between making a profit and gouging people because you’re the only hardware store in town

Good store small seems to have a little bit of everything you might need for your house friendly people working there quite helpful. It is actually now a home hardware store and or Bavarian hardware. They called themselves.

Had exactly what I was looking for and it was all easy to find as the store is well organized.. but if you need help finding something, there is always someone there to assist you. Pricing is pretty average with other hardware/building supply retailers. Parking can be tight (especially for larger vehicles) Also don't be fooled by the stores size from the outside it is bigger than it looks!

Great, friendly service, and fair prices. In some instances, they've had items in stock (LVL beams for example) that I couldn't even order in to the Cranbrook Home Depot. We've also gotten a great deal on a door that they had lying around the store for too long. It's always worth checking if they have something, nice to avoid the drive to Cranbrook (or Calgary!)

I swooped in for the last box of 3 1/2 inch wood screws. Ya got to be an early riser no matter what you get up to in this productive, historically significant town so those who get up even earlier are there ready to help you get your fun project or work projects done. It's what they do at Kimberly Building Supplies. Thanks team!
