Good people and good selection here. They specialize in home reno goods, whereas the Home Hardware next door focuses more on home upkeep, decor and lifestyle items. I'm new to laying DIY concrete and the Rona staff were fantastic. The paint department woman actually knew a lot about concrete and advised on sealant. The guys at the materials sheds out back were great and didn't mansplain me at all. I'd come back again.

Not real friendly staff, I've been going into this store for the last year, usually as a last resort. And it's always the same. Unimpressed staff that ignore you. Usually more $ too when compared to others. Lumber yard Open Sundays is the plus.

We have gone to this Rona from everything from nails to large purchases. The staff have always been willing to help. Whenever we ask a question there is a staff member who has advice and provides suggestions to improve or make the job easier.
Recently we had an appliance that failed shortly after purchase. They stepped up and went above and beyond to sort out the situation- they stand behind what they sell. This means a lot today!
Great group of ppl and would not hesitate to purchase anything from this location.

Not very thrilled with this store. I spend a lot of money but I’ll take my business to the other building stores. Absolutely zero consistency. If you get someone who’s having a bad day, expect to be treated poorly. Sucks because I like the owner.

PS: the lady with the long hair in the paint department SUCKS at matching and mixing proper paint colour. Avoid avoid avoid!

Received product from Rona online damaged. Online order since 2024 and fuel is expensive to not use free shipping. Followed return instructions for exchange. Owner or manager was angry and rude! Complaining about Rona. Instructions were to take in bar code and product to get exchange. They wanted us to pay again without refunding. They don’t know their own procedures but want to use the Rona name. Worst experience at any Rona store. Feel horrible me for local community for having to deal with them

Went there today to buy deck stain. I was looking for advice on what kind. Oil based vs water based or transparent vs solid etc. I was the only customer in the paint department. Employee in the paint dept absolutely ignored me and wanted nothing to do with helping me. I walked out irritated and walked across the parking lot to home hardware. Within a minute I had 2 employees helping me and answering all my questions . Spent almost 200 dollars in stain. That sale could have been ronas.
