We had an amazing experience with Dr. Kaitlyn McIntyre. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was fantastic with our puppy and made the whole visit stress-free. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had the worst experience at a vet clinic ever in my life. The vet was 45 minutes late and I could hear her and some other individuals talking and laughing outside the room... The prices went up and I was not informed. The receptionist was rude to me and no customer service or apology for being late. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET CLINIC. You will regret giving them your money.

The quality of care given by Dr McIntyre is second to none. She is extremely adept in various aspects of veterinary care and, unlike other towns and cities, she doesn’t over price her services. Affordable vet care is one of her concerns. The staff are all amazing and friendly. I highly recommend them for your animal care.

I have always had excellent service from both Andrew and Kaitlyn!! Kindersley is very lucky to have both of these doctors!!!

Great place as long as you don’t have Andrew as a vet. He is scared of animals. Especially big dogs. I have talked with 10+ people with horror stories of him putting down their pets. Making dogs wear muzzles while being put down because he’s scared of them. I have had to put two pets down as emergencies and had him both times. Horrible experiences. He has zero empathy for animals or owners. He botched my cats euthanasia in 2019 when he flinched because he was scared of my cat. My cat died slowly and painfully. He is miserable and should retire. We had to deal with putting down my moms cat this last December. He took his sweet time putting her down and argued with us over something that could have been discussed after the cat was done suffering.

All the other ladies in the building have been nothing but great to me and my pets. I really enjoy seeing them. Once he’s retired I would consider going back there.

Kaitlyn is amazing at what she does, she truly gets to know your pet, before starting any type of procedure, which puts both you and your pet at ease! She quickly found out what was ailing my puppy, and now we are well on our way to recovery! I highly recommend Kaitlyn and will continue to go to her with my current puppy and any other pets in the future! Thanks again Kaitlyn for all of your time care and patience ❤️

Great doctor! Save our dog as a matter of fact. But because I owe them money. They won't see my dog for anything that to me sucks big time. My dog had serious problem and that vet turned their backs on her. It wasn't the dog's fault why should she have to pay.

Unfortunately we had to put our cat down yesterday and Dr. McIntyre and her vet tech, we absolutely amazing. I did not catch the techs name, but thank you, your care and compassion was unbelievable and we are very grateful. You all deserve 10 stars.
