Best chimney sticks in town. Their service follows the principals in Carl Honores' in praise of slow to a tee. 20-30 mins wait for a simple sandwich but a lunch special well worth it!

SIMPLY THE BEST!
Wonderful selection of high quality meats.
Friendly and educational staff helped us understand and enjoy our experience. I selected one of each cured, smoked and dried chacuteries. Incredible quality and flavour!

All dry cured products are 10/10 - especially landjager and chimney sticks. Love their coarse grid consistency and seasoning! Chimney sticks that actually taste or smoke!

Love this place, but today the vibe was off! The man we dealt with wearing the clear glasses wasn’t as friendly as usual.

Looking forward to visiting again this summer nonetheless!

I've been going here for years for their top notch sausages, butchered, and marinated meats. I highly recommend the lamb. However, back in the fall, I went there with my partner for lunch, and the nice lady at the counter recommended we get the Italian Meat Sandwich. Boy oh boy was this a great recommendation. This thing is packed with meat and cheese and sauce. My first bite, I think I actually said "Oh my god." out loud. This sandwich was so good, that my partner and I went back the next day to get this a second time (at the exclusion of going to all the other lunch places in the valley). Best part is that this sandwich is only ~8$ and it is definitely big enough to feed two people comfortably, or one person if you've got a big appetite. I've since recommended it to everyone I know who goes to Invermere.
