Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming. Had a bit of a dispute about a bill for work we had done on a machine, but the staff were great and rectified the problem with no issues. Customer service was amazing. Thank you!

This is a great business to work with. When purchasing a mini excavator for my new business, Kubota North was one of a handful of equipment dealers I spoke to. Not only was their product superior, their customer service stood out as the best. The salesman, Mark, was professional and helpful throughout the process. He stepped up and made inquiries on my behalf when others would have left it to me. He saved me from my own inexperience a number of times and provided fantastic guidance based on my needs. Kaycee in the finance department was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Mike in the shop spent time explaining many of the features of the machine and gave great recommendations about how to get the most out of it. And everytime I walked in the front door, someone at the front desk greeted me with a friendly, helpful attitude. My experience was too notch, from sales to service to finance.

We recently purchased a new tractor from Dave at Kubota North. We had a mishap with our other tractor and unfortunately it had to be replaced. Warranty service was awesome from Kubotas insurance rep to assistance being provided by Brett and his staff who came out to access damage initially. Dave was great to answer all our questions and assist us with the purchase of our new tractor. We have dealt with other Kubota dealerships in the past who have been good but hands down this dealership goes above and beyond to assist you. We have bought several implements from this dealer and will continue to do so. Everyone we have had contact with at Kubota North has been friendly, respectful and eager to assist. The staff must enjoy working here as you dont find consistently happy staff in most establishments. They really do treat you like family.

We were out looking for a compact tractor, from the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with smiling faces and friendly attitudes from EVERY employee, when we met our sales guy Gino, he was terrific, very friendly and patient (we had an 11 month old with us), he was able to answer all of our questions, and promptly emailed us a quote. I can't say enough great stuff from our visit, and we will be happily dealing with this place from here on out!!
