Absolutely phenomenal product and service. The staff and owners go above and beyond to try to accommodate whatever request you may have. This is absolutely the best traditionally style cured Italian meat in the area and it is completely responsibly sourced and distributed. Moving away from the Trenton area I am going to strongly miss the store. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful products I got from you. They have absolutely been top-notch. Every single one.

Update: 4 years or so later! They're still the best. They're still my friends!

My family is from Savuto in Calabria. I grew up making our own cured meats in our cold cellar. Prosciutto aged for 2 years, etc. We also made olives, giardiniera, pickled eggplant, roasted peppers, and passata every year for the whole family. This place is a gem. It isn't as good as cold cellar small batch cured meat but it is by far the closest thing I have ever found to it. If they put fennel in the caciattore to make it like we do in Savuto I would give them 6 stars.

Belleville is lucky to have this gem! What a unique and unexpected spot. We tried a few different cured meats and they were all incredible. The owner was happy to chat and go through the selections. Really can't wait to go back and try more.

Visiting from Toronto on a small detour on our road trip, totally worth it! Very good quality products, fresh and tasty. The lady/owner at the store was really nice and attentive, very knowledgeable.

Just the finest quality of charcuterie you can buy for a very reasonable price! I seriously look forward to the next time I am driving through Belleville to pick up some more goods. My personal favorite was the capiocola, but everything we tried was delicious and exceeded my expectations!!!

Lots of great charcuterias and sausages, made and cured on place by a very nice family. We can taste the quality. Will come back for sure. I am dreaming of this weekend cheese/charcuterie board!
