Worst place to pick load ever. They charge $125 late fees cash or e-transfer if u are late. We were not even late and still they charges $125. So rude shipper. Management should look into this.

Hey, It's my 1st visit to this facility, I found it very different as the staff are very professional, they welcome me with the smaillingface, all the female staff are very cooperative and nice. I'm not agree with the -ve comments as put by the other drivers because I found them beyond my expectations.

The facility provides a fast dock assigning & loading process despite being a frozen food facility. They don’t allow outsiders to use their onsite scale so the nearest scale is in Lethbridge city called DAI Truck scale at waste connection facility for $22 flat. Scale is about 50km/35mi to the west & open 24 hours. To print doc or sheet for border crossing there’s 24*7 FAST GAS station near the scale, just park on the side of 4th street next to CO-OP

Worst place to pickup a load. Stay away if you have better choices.!! I was loaded after waiting nearly 3 hours then they overloaded me by more than 843 Lbs. They made me drive to a certified scale in Lethbridge because there is nothing in Taber. Then it was gross 80843Lbs. Went all the way back from Lethbridge and they argued that all the other trucks loading same weight. I shown them the scale ticket but still wouldn’t unload extra pallet. Then we ended up cancelling the load and they unloaded the entire load. Waste all day, got paid nothing. Wasted money on trailer washout and scale then drove back and forth to Lethbridge for scale. They have scale inside but they don’t let you use it. They charge $135.00 cash if late for pickup and $50 cash if you move trailer axle on their property. They also wanted to charge $112 for unloading because we canceled it since they did not want to reduce gross weight.

I understand there policy but attitude they have is outrageous two young ladies check my trailer yesterday with out notifying me and left doors open which some fellow trucker notified me on highway. after refusing to load after 3pm I came again next day as scheduled for 9am pick now they want late fees in cash which was not notified to us before .8&8I did complained about door being open from day before now they refused today for not paying late fee and we respectfully CANCELLED THE LOAD but again once I get on highway both my doors are open there attitude needs to be seriously corrected before a disaster happens.

This people making extra money with no record ladies in the shipping office charges $119 for late fee. Where this money go and this ladies only wants cash. No credit, no debit card. Where did all cash go. Please don’t give them cash stop giving them your money. Cuz this guys not paying any taxes on this money and not even able to provide GST no. Report to cra as much as you guys can who pay them $119 and more.

Went there to load up a lady with a very bad temper came out side and put her fingers in my face telling me the reffer was suppose to be on before I arrived.fair but no one told me I got angry and asked to put her fingers down she walked away I went in and in a very rude tone she asked if I had any questions I asked to speak to manager and the same lady which put her fingers in my face changed her tone In front of the manager and even called me sir.i spoke to the manager and the wanted to charge me $225 dollars (cash only debit machine is down) to load me up on top of that they wanted me to wait 6 days which was very hilarious) they need to we drive a truck and we are stuck in between the company we drive for and shipper we only do as we are told.i found this company very unprofessional I load up reffer loads all the time but never seen such rude people. Drivers before going here call your company and make sure what they expect dont be caught in the middle like I was.
