Tried to get info about a used vehicle and Brad was pushy, demanding we set financing and price terms over email before answering our questions and providing more detailed photos of the used vehicle (the underside). In the final email he seemed to take joy in losing the sale. The other comments here say its a "small family run business" but this sales person seemed to not embody that value. Update: We bought an identical model a few days later at friendly dealership. Don't settle, there are great sales people out there.
