Landale Gardens ? in Thunder Bay, is a delightful oasis for plant lovers. The variety of plants is impressive, and their reward points system adds extra value to every purchase. Awesome, I found everything I needed. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. They have all the hydroponic items that you would need. Bedding out plants, rock, soil, trees, shrubs, they have it all. I really like shopping here and it's a nice place to just look around.

Amazing place for all of you gardening needs. Wide selection of everything you can think of. You will not be disappointed if you stop into pick anything up for your garden. Staff seems to have a semi decent knowledge for your out of the box gardening questions and can find you the right tools to do the job. But, knowledge can be limited depending on person. But, gardening is so diverse you can't really go the wrong way with it as long as you stick with the basics.

I just wanted to say what a breath of fresh air. I recently started indoor gardening in March. The sales staff are great, but the owner John is incredible. Very knowledgeable and willing to give his expertise. He doesn't try to upsell you. He helps you get what you need for your plants and is willing to give of his time and is patient. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Keep up the great work. You have a customer for life.

great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a big selection of gardening supplies. They have a huge hydroponic grow tent set-up at the moment, with tons of supplies to go with it. was pretty cool to see such a big tent set-up in a place like that. Priced fairly well with tons of stock available on hand too.

Customer service is nonexistent. I’ve called them over 40 times in the past 3 days, never once do you get someone picking up their phones. Go there to see a skeleton crew that can’t answer your questions and ends up being a waste of a trip.

Nice enough garden products, but not what I was looking for at that time. But NO hand sanitizer anywhere. I did not see 1 bottle. We are still in lockdown. I saw a few employees not wearing masks unless they were approached by other customers. Found their non-nursery items very pricey. Only went because of a gift certificate I received (and was not allowed to use all of 2020 summer). Not my preferred garden center, especially after this visit.
