The shipper/receiver (white elderly lady) has very bad attitude. She looks angry, talks angry, gives mean vibes. Everybody gets frustrated at their jobs sometimes but it doesn’t give anybody the right to disrespect or ruin other person’s day. She’s an elderly, way beyond her working age that’s why she so frustrated. The facility itself is very narrow, not much space for trucks to move. Only one way in/out. Learn some manners lady, we are not your grandkids.

I boycott using there products after how I saw the treat people there, the treat delivery drivers like the are less than dirt, for a big company, it's shameful. I would suggest boycotting their product too, don't believe me?, just visit shipping and receiving at 95 vulcan street etobicoke.

Super slow.
Request drivers to be 15 feet apart... only one driver allowed in the office at a time .... guy in shipping office is on his PMS cycle & obviously hates his job & his life.
I politely asked the guy in the shipping office for an extra copy of the Customs Invoice to give to the FDA when crossing the Border... he refused... probably gonna cost him 50 cents to give a truck driver an extra copy of the invoice.
Long wait to get loaded...over 3 hours ... literally!!!

I know exactly who and what the previous reviews are referring to... can't agree more. But, to be fair, I also had a normal experience with a gentleman in early hours who was calm, respectful and way more professional than the guy who looks like to me suffering from some sort of a problem/irritation.

I would have given negative rating to the behaviour of the guy in the office today afternoon shift, so rude, never seen any rude or mannerless shipper like him so far in my life,
Zero respect to the drivers, he really needs to learn how to talk with people.
