On very short notice, the team delivered the most beautiful Kentucky bluegrass turf right to our property, in Salmon Arm on such a tight timeline,, two full flats of lush, healthy, vibrant grass. It’s absolutely top-quality, and you can tell it’s been grown and cared for with pride.

A huge shoutout to the amazing ladies in the office, who went above and beyond to make it happen within just 48 hours. Their professionalism, friendliness, and “can-do” attitude made the whole process stress-free.

Great quality, fresh sod! Office staff were very efficient and detail-oriented. They were cheaper than elsewhere, and delivery fee was reasonable. It's been a week and we still have healthy-looking grass in our backyard! Highly recommended!

Our project was across the border in the US and everything was arranged for us so that it was a quick and easy crossing through customs.
They delivered it to us in Osoyoos so all we needed to do was the last few miles.
I was amazed at how fast they were able to get all the paperwork done and deliver it to us.

Very happy with the outcome here. I read a few of the negative reviews but I think they are inaccurate.

I picked up our turf, rolled it out, was mildly annoyed that it wasn’t Instagram perfect.

Tripped up by my demands for instant gratification, I then reminded myself that good things take time.

It has been about a month now and my lawn is becoming the talk of the town… the neighbours are green with envy but not nearly as green as my lawn.

My recommendation is to ignore the bad reviews and go with LTF. Fresh turf, water and a bit of time is all it takes.

My turf is installed and looks beautiful. For that I gave three stars, however that is being very generous given or poor experience.

1. My turf installer said it was the worst turf they have worked with in a long time. A lot was broken, had holes, and was too dry.

2. They did not deliver on the day we had agreed. They did not express any care at all that we had a team scheduled to install it on the day we had agreed. The same person who told me we had to get the turf installed the same day it was delivered changed their story and said it could sit multiple days when it turned out they weren't going to deliver on the agreed day.

3. The person who sets up the orders on the phone is condescending and contrary.

4. They won't communicate with email and demand it is all done over the phone. Because of this they are usually on the phone when you call so it goes to voicemail. They return your voice mail once, and if you don't answer they never try again. Therefor you have to call and leave another voicemail and on goes the endless loop.

It's unfortunate they insist on only taking orders over the phone since with email it's all in writing and they can have prepared responses with helpful information. Not to mention they could handle a lot more conversations per day.

As a landscaper in the lower mainland for 20 years or so and 1000's of rolls of turf layed, we got our first order from Lavington Turf today and it was great! Really nice high quality turf with great service ! Just needs to be trimmed in the picture and it's done .

A picture is worth a thousand words. Unfortunately the turf cost more than that. And I got two very different quality batches (same pickup)

When I called they told me that it was just different fields and one was new than the other. Same price. Just I have a picaso themed lawn until it grows in (hopefully). They wouldn't exchange it for better match or do anything with pricing. Really disappointed in their customer service all around and would recommend any other company other than them.
