Skate park is in good condition and has a small variety of ramps. I have seen many beginners here as well as more advanced skate and skateboard enthusiast practice here.
My only complaint would be that the asphalt ground is kind rough and bumpy.

Nice skate park, but ground is a little rough. A little rough for beginners, but I've seen some intermediate and advanced people have fun here. The ramps are made of metal, which is rugged, but gets very hot in the summer sun (good motivation to not fall)!

It's the most central mini ramp in the area. Prefab metal and not ideal but it's there and it's free and in good condition. Would love to see more transition options downtown but for now it is what it is.

I’ve been going to this skatepark for over 10 years. It’s a bit rocky but it’s amazing and fun for learning tricks.

In general, any skatepark however rudimentary is better than none, so don’t want to sound ungrateful to city planners for making an effort, but…the surface of this one is so rough it makes one think of a cheese grater.
