Delicious corn and cookies!
Big variety of veggies and fruits, as well as meat and cheese.
Great place to stop for a break, kids can run around and grab a snack at the picnic tables.

We've always stopped at Leahy's Farm & Market while heading up north to the cottage for incredible fresh produce, some of the best sweet corn I've ever had. We stopped in this past Thanksgiving long weekend and indulged ourselves with some blueberry pie, maple syrup from another local farm, a few steaks and maple bacon sausages, and some sweet corn of course. The food was so fresh and full of flavour and made us incredibly thankful this past holiday.

I came here around 3 years ago on the way to a cottage and they had the most amazing corn and butter tarts so we stopped by again. Still just as good as I remember! I also got some peaches and tomatoes this time around which also tasty.

Great little farmers market that offer freshly baked bakery items like breads, tarts, and pies, in addition to fruit, vegetables, and a variety of meat and dairy products. The farm is worth a walk around as well as they have a seasonal corn maze, chicken coop, and sometimes live shows as well, the views of the surrounding countryside and breathtaking and certainly worth a stop along your commute to/from cottage country.

A charming staple in the Peterborough/Lakefield area. We stopped here on our way to our family cottage. My in-laws come here super regularly. A wonderful selection of local produce, baked items, honey and food. They also have drinks, cheeses and meats. The view is stunning when you walk around on the property. The staff were polite and friendly despite some of the out of town folks being quite curt with them. That’s actually something I think is worth mentioning is there is a lot of tourists on their way to cottages and they can be very snappy with staff who maybe are used to a slower pace. I found the staff here dealt well with that and still maintained composure. The baked goods we got were lovely and fresh. Overall this a wonderful spot and the chickens are a wonderful little perk, goodness are they friendly! Stop by here and don’t forget to help yourself to a complimentary apple.

Great place to stop on the way to the cottage to pick up fresh vegetables and fruits. They also have pie's , tarts , meats , drinks and fresh cut flowers. Worth the stop.
