I frequently purchase rice wine from this shop, and I must say, the flavors they offer are absolutely delightful. The chestnut, strawberry, and peach varieties stand out as particularly enjoyable, each with a unique and refreshing taste. Additionally, the staff here are always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality rice wine and excellent customer service.

I visited here on a friend's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by their innovative take on traditional makgeolli. Being a fan of thick, robust makgeolli—much like the classic Haechang style that's hard to find in the U.S.—I found their brew to be delightfully richer than the typical supermarket versions.

What truly set the experience apart was the opportunity to sample small pours, allowing me to savor each flavor. I tried both the Chestnut and Yuzu variants. The Chestnut makgeolli, with its velvety, slightly thicker consistency and warm, nutty aroma, quickly became my favorite. Meanwhile, the Yuzu offered a refreshing burst of citrus that balanced its richness perfectly.

다른 막걸리 마시면 후에 머리가 아파서 좋아하는 주류가 아니었는데 밴막 막걸리 마신 후로는 두통걱정 없어져서 좋구요
부드럽고 다양한 맛의 막걸리를 즐길 수 있어서 좋습니다

This place was recommended by my Korean friend and it did not disappoint! They have different flavours of makgeolli. I decided to try out the chestnut and strawberry flavours. They were so smooth, easy to drink, and very tasty! Would definitely come back to try other flavours next time.

Found this winery by chance. They sell delicious rice wine (got the strawberry and original one) and sake (didn’t try it). Nice little shop. Price reasonable. 375ml strawberry bottle for 10$, 1 liter original for 12$

시애틀에서 벤쿠버 갈때마다 사오는 막걸리에요. 한인마트에 파는 막걸리랑 비교도 안되고 매번 마실때마다 감동이에요.

Been having their makgeolli for a couple of years now and it never disappoints. Way better than the imported ones at bc liquor stores! Love that there is a shop near my office now that I can stop by to pick up whenever we host friends. They are always surprised how good it is compared to the liquor store bought ones!
