(2024) (Original Post 2022) - Still Very Happy with the customer service and the tentative hard workers and maintenance! Easy to work with and gets the job done right the first time!. We have been with Boardwalk on and off since 2004. 5 units later. Building and yard Maintenance has always been efficient and helpful. We have had a few serious situations beyond our control and Boardwalk always ensured our satisfaction. The new management is super vigilant and tentative. Very impressed with this. When things need to be done, it's done now. Thank you to the management and team for making our place feel more like home every time. Our new sidewalks and exterior lighting are beautiful! So grateful to have a landlord who listens to their tenants issues and resolves them with no argument .♡Daylan is an amazing Regional Manager! Hilton is an AMAZING maintenance specialist! He did wonders repairing our exterior door!

They are co-operative and ready to listen at all times. I would recommend anyone looking to rent with Board walk to move ahead and live with them in comfort.

Lived here 2 years. Customer service is really good. Special mention for sourabh the property manager. He has been great since I met him in the office. Building sometime have issues but enjoyed my stay here. Bought a house but will recommend this place specifically because of great service of sourabh and boardwalk
