Dale is so nice that she brought my puppy from Victoria to Calgary. I really appreciate that! I spent my fist night and day with my puppy. She is adorable, playful, and she doesn’t pee or poop inside the house! That really surprised me. Choosing Legacy Kennels is the best decision because the puppy has the most gorgeous markings and is very much affectionate with family.

Updates: super healthy and adorable! Cannot be happier. Now she is 23 KG!! I love the standard size.

We are so pleased with our mini-Bernedoodle puppy from Legacy Kennels. Our puppy Maggie is now 6 months old and has been part of our family for 4 months. She is just as promised being very healthy and energetic, has a great temperament and only minor shedding. Maggie is a great addition to our family! I can’t say enough good things about Darrin and Legacy Kennels. Our virtual tour of their facilities was very impressive and the advice on diet was very helpful. Our puppy came with health certificate , microchip and first shots. We also required airplane transport of our puppy from Victoria to Calgary and this was very well organized and efficient, with puppy arriving calm and safely. We would highly recommend Legacy Kennels to anyone wanting a healthy and happy Bernedoodle puppy!

We are settling in after the arrival of our new puppy after a long cross country journey from Victoria to Toronto. Darrin was more than happy to FaceTime to see the puppies and tour the facilities since we couldn’t be there in person. We were nervous about having the puppy flown all that way but he is absolutely perfect and was happy from the time we picked him up. We could not be happier with our newest family member Matte. She is calm, smart and a really family dog. We are 100% impressed with the Legacy facility... as life long dog owners my husband and I have never seen such a well built, clean and pleasant place for pups to live. I purchased my first ever pet from Legacy and I couldn't be happier with her. Mabel is now almost 8 months old and she is the kindest, sweetest puppy I've ever met. She loves everyone, but is very loyal, so although she says hello to everyone she never leaves with someone she isn't familiar with. She plays so well with other dogs, I've heard so many times that a dog only gets along with Mabel and no other dog they've ever met. She plays well with children. She has been incredibly easy to train (although I have invested a lot of time into training she has always been responsive and eager to please). The temperament on her is just perfect, I couldn't have asked for a better puppy if I tried. She's also loved by EVERYONE. We can't go anywhere in a rush because everyone stops to meet her, take photos, give her scritches.

I had a hard time picking a puppy, and Darrin really helped me pick the perfect one. I couldn't be happier with her.

I highly recommend checking out the facility and meeting the puppies and moms. It was an incredible experience and Darrin was so accommodating and patient. We're a legacy family now, and we hope you will be too!

We adopted our puppy, Indy, from Legacy Kennels last summer. Indy was 16 weeks old when we got him, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we brought Indy home, it was evident that a lot of love, care, and training goes into their puppies.

Indy came to us already potty trained, which was a huge relief. He also slept through the night from day one and was able to walk on a leash with ease. We felt like we hit the jackpot!

His temperament is remarkable; he's incredibly calm and rarely barks. Despite his mellow personality, he's highly affectionate and loves to play. He's smart and catches onto things quickly, making training sessions a breeze. He's also very friendly with everyone he meets, which is a testament to the socialization he received early on.

During our visit to Legacy Kennels, we were impressed by their beautiful facilities. It's clear that both the puppies and their parents are well cared for and loved. We had the pleasure of meeting Indy's mom, who was an absolute sweetheart.

Darrin, the breeder, was exceptionally patient with us as we spent time with all the puppies, trying to pick the one that was the perfect fit for our family. He answered all our questions and provided valuable insights into each puppy's personality and needs.

We can't recommend Darrin and Legacy Kennels highly enough. In fact, everywhere we go with Indy, we always get asked where he came from! If you're looking for a reputable breeder who truly cares about their dogs and ensures they go to loving homes, look no further. Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and we're grateful to have found them.

Tara is almost a year old, birthday 12 April 2023. She is healthy, smart, and full of life and love. I highly recommend Darren at Legacy Kennels, he made the experience of adopting a dog easy and stress free. The hardest part was choosing my pet. Tara is the sweetest, gentlest dog, she loves children, dog and people.
