Personally, I hate giving reviews under 3 stars. That being said I'll start off with a couple pros: excellent customer service and a wide range of tea products.

I'm pretty disappointed with my order. I purchased Unicorn Sparkles, Ube Powder and Ceremonial Grade Matcha.

Upon opening the tin of matcha, I was greeted with a murky green powder. Ok thats fine, I was expecting a more vibrant green because that's what I'm used to when purchasing ceremonial grade matcha. I gave it a chance and decide to whip up a match latte. The flavour was lacking and you could taste the low quality matcha. Tbh it's comparable to drinking culinary grade matcha.

Onto the ube powder. I grew up around ube and ube-flavoured products. Although the colour is beautiful, it's not the typical pale purple colour that ube powder usually comes in. Alas, I made myself an ube latte and the flavour is... off.

Perhaps if I'm in the area, I'd love to come by and try their matcha and ube drinks firsthand. Otherwise, I'll stick to ordering tea blends only moving forward.

This is by far my favourite brand of tea, which is why I now have it at my studio!
The ingredients are impeccable and no other brand compares. Clean, organic and delicious. Not to mention the company is so fabulous to deal with. I would give it 10 stars if I could:)

Lemon Lilly – A Tea Lover’s Dream Come True! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I discovered Lemon Lilly during the pandemic, and let’s just say—I’ve never looked back. Their tea selection is unmatched, with the most incredible array of blends I’ve ever seen in my life. Whether it’s their herbal infusions or their ceremonial-grade Matcha, every tea is crafted with such care and quality. And let’s talk about customer service—Jason and his team go above and beyond every time. My tea cabinet? Always stacked. And it’s always Lemon Lilly. So grateful to have found them! ☕✨

I love this cute little shop and their organic lemonade and teas are amazing!! Blue Matcha - Butterfly Pea Flower Powder is my monthly go to. In the summer time it's a great place to hang out with my pooch and I luv that they have a dog water bowl and biscuits. Anyplace my pooch and I can go together is an added plus.

Everything you would want from a small cafe + a wide assortment of teas to choose from. Chairs are comfy and cafe was very clean and organized. The staff were friendly and polite. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a low key cafe to get some work done or hang out with a couple of friends!

Edit 2: I told you I reached out to the courier. They did not respond. You are choosing to use a courier with subpar service who does not even respond. You could have "constructively" replied that you appreciate the positive response to your product and that you will look into the poor customer review of the courier that YOU choose to employ. There are many courier companies and you could to use another instead of falsely accusing me of bashing your company. I will not be stopping by your store as I had planned to do. I will choose to spend my money on another Canadian company that actually cares about it customers and whether or not the product reaches the client.

Edit: lemon lily could have used this review constructively. Instead, they have chosen to accuse me of bashing them. I did not bash your product. I bashed The Courier that YOU choose to use. I have no control over the courier either. But you could choose a different company to use for your deliveries. Seems like you really don't care whether or not the product reaches your customer.

After having tried several of their products, I am pleased with the selection and variety. However, they screen reviews left directly on their website and rejected mine because I mentioned the courier. My last order took an unacceptable amount of time to reach me. I did not choose the courier. THEY did. The delivery is part of the whole product. Even if their teas are 5 stars, how can I leave that high of review when the shipment does not arrive to me in a timely manner, or arrives damaged because of the courier THEY chose. I will not order from Lemon Lily again. I also reached out to the courier and received no response.

Absolutely LOVE this company and their products. They are organic, carefully sought out, curated and crafted. Their tea blends are yummy and nutritious and I’m so grateful that they are a Toronto-Canadian based company. Prices are very reasonable and much better quality than some other retailers that claim to be all natural but instead have chemical flavour additives. Won’t ever go back to shopping for tea anywhere else!
