I would recommend this store. As a small business owner from Sudbury definitely worth the travel. It has a huge selection of well cleaned and professionally checked as well as repaired used commercial appliances. They also offer new ones as well. When going through the warehouse the salesman was not pushing on a sale. He really wanted to match our needs and requirements. The price is decent, not greedy. One gets a 30 day guarantee on used equipment. They offer shipping too. We used that for one item. The other items got wrapped, handled with care and placed on our trailer for us. Full service. Really nice.
When the last item got delivered and we needed help with figuring out how to hook it up (commercial oven 1 or 3 phase optional) we got immediately telephone support with good detailed descriptions on how to do it. I will definitely buy at Leo's my next needed commercial items. Thank you Leo

Dealing with Leo was amazing.
We went through first - refrigerators , then our client wanted an up right freezer with glass door, then a different freezer until they settled on one brand. All throughout the process if back and forth , Leo assisted with with images and specific measurements as needed, as we had to decorate- wrap the freezer with our client’s logo. I can simply tell you that my experience was amazing from the get go till the delivery. Actually - exemplary ! The end result of our value added to the freezer is show below.

THEY ARE BIG LIARS: I was looking for a sink with specific measurements i called them they said they have it there and i drove 45 minutes to get there when i get there the owner told me his driver will bring it in 5 minutes i stay there for 1 hour no one come so I left and they called me after 5 hours they said he have it now so when i get there the measurement was completely wrong. I recommend everyone DO NOT GO HERE they are very unprofessional

Drove an hour to buy a Dough Sheeter that their salesman, McGideon, was advertising on Facebook for $450. Arrived at 9am to buy the item and I was told it was $4,500, not $450 as advertised. After reading other negative reviews, it seems that this is common business practices for their company & I am not the only one that this has happened to.

Advertising a lower price and charging a higher price is a deceptive marketing practice and a violation of the Competition Act. This practice, known as "double ticketing" or "drip pricing," is illegal under Section 54 of the Competition Act. The Competition Bureau Canada enforces laws against deceptive marketing practices, including charging more than the advertised price.
