It had been at least 20 yrs since I had been to the original location which was small compared to the new store.

I love it here, so so much selection of not only cheeses, aged…artisan, etc……but everything.

Good 50% off deals can be found.
It was hard to decide on what to buy so I bought the Scharfe Maxx ($14.54) that my friend got as well as cave-aged Gruyère ($13.37) and the Bleu Dauphin discounted to $10.71.

Sampling is no longer done sadly but understandably.
If you are a cheese-lover or aficionado, come here!

Staff are great and knowledgeable.

Without a doubt one of the best stores in Vancouver. The best selection of cheeses, very knowledgeable and kind staff, and the prices are very fair considering the product you’re buying. The only thing upsetting is that I didn’t know about them until this year!

I ordered two cheese platters (one XL and one M) for a company happy hour, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the service and quality. The price was 100% worth the value. The variety of cheeses was amazing, and everyone kept raving about the selection of cheeses and how beautiful the platters were. It truly added a special touch to our event. I’d happily order again in a heartbeat. I can't recommend them enough!

Prepare to be overwhelmed. There is just a vast selection of cheese / fromage / käse / etc. here. The staff are very friendly and take the time to make suggestions and guide you.

Understand that Canadian food laws limit the kinds of cheeses that are available compared to other countries. But regardless you can find pretty much anything to suite your palate.

They also have a selection of meats, and there is a bakery two doors east which makes it very convenient.

If there can be a 6th star I would give to this location on everything cheese. The best selection of cheese period. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking and they can help you out. I was having champagne that evening and wanted cheeses that would paid with it on a charcuterie board and they were able to give several recommendations. Take my money! They also have a small selections of meats as well and dry goods.

This is for far the mostly amazing place for cheese lover, they do have a huge selection of cheese and Dali, never mind the gourmet breads and preserves, sweets, olives oil.
Is a bit $$ but the customer service is amazing, you could try everything before you buy it, they have another locations close to Granville island, but this is bigger and with a better selections.
