Nice campground. Only pit toilets in the loops but not disgusting at all: no smells and are cleaned regularly. The main building with the flush toilets and showers is a bit far. And some campsites are double campsites, so be careful with your reservation. The beach by the lake is beautiful.

The beach is beautiful. Water is excellent for swimming temperature right now. The only draw back is many people don't pickup after them selves.

The pit/vault toilets here are impressive. The one in loop D would always surprisingly smell nice. What I like most about this campground is the easy access to the lake. You could hear the waves at night, too. It’s definitely therapeutic to hangout at the sandy beach. Lastly, it’s worth mentioning that the coin-operated warm shower costs a dollar per 4 minutes. It can be enough if you don’t wash your long hair.

Absolutely beautiful park, Devonshire Beach is a great place to swim or have a picnic in the summer. Definitely don't miss this place if you're ever in the area.

My family and I have been camping at this campground for 20+ years. This is our favourite campground to go to. Recently, this year they have no longer allowed dogs on the beach. Before you were allowed to have your dog down in a separate area from the rest of the beach, not any more.

A lot of the sites have good privacy and the beach is the best.

Awesome place to camp with the family! The shower house is a little dated but in working order. $1 for about 5min shower time.
The beach is a little rocky in some places, but nice. You have to wad out to get to deeper water, so fishing from shore doesn't work. The stairs down to the beach are a little sketchy.
The patch system is nice. Km's to walk the dog.

Our family spent four days camping (tents) in a double site with electricity. The site was excellent being quite flat with lots of options as to where the tents could be placed. The site was quite private with lots of trees. There were outhouses that were well-placed throughout the campground. Fresh water outlets were plentiful. The shower house was clean. The showers cost one dollar for about four minutes. There are six shower stalls in the men's side. It was a short walk to the beach. The water was clear and warm (mid-July). The water is shallow for quite a way out making it great for kids. There is a laundry at the shower house. It was clean with two washers and dryers. It was one of the best campgrounds I have been to. My only small complaint is there is no paper towel in the main shower house. Later in the day the counters are wet and the remnants of toothpaste etc are in the sinks. There is a small store, which doubles as the registration office. I was impressed with the $3.00 per bag cost for ice.
