Lauren made sure our adoption process was seamless. My partner and I fell in love with Spice and filled out our application for him the first day we visited. We were able to take him home about a week and a half after we filled out our application, and we made sure to visit in that time. We have had Moon (previously named Spice) for about a week now and he is adjusting wonderfully. Make sure you visit their Facebook page to see just a handful of the pets they have available, and remember to be patient with the application process.

We adopted 2 kitties from the Humane Society. You can tell that the animals there are loved and well taken care of. Both our boys were neutered, had all there shots and were chipped. The kennels are super clean and the volunteers are super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a new pet, I highly recommend you check them out

Super caring organization. Dropped off a kitty I found on the highway after fostering her for a couple weeks. they helped us get her the care she needed. The Staff is amazing and the animals are all very very well cared for. If your looking to adopt this is definitely the place to go!

I called them regarding a pregnant cat who is abondoned by the owners in the building. Thinking that we'll not bring her to them, the operator first told me we dont pick you have to get it to us. I said ok, then she talked with her other worker and said there is no space to keep her, but will let us know the next day as soon as they got space. It's been a month, we never got a call back. And we found a safe home to the cat. If there was a 0 star i would have given that, becuase at least they could call and confirm she is safe although they cant take her.

pretty sad when your discriminated against for wanting to adopt a dog and have them on your acreage. Apparently that’s not the lifestyle a dog deserves. I guess dogs don’t deserve to run around and be loved at the same time. We’ll go adopt a dog from another site 🤷🏼‍♀️

I know the animal shelter here in Lethbridge is ausume place! The people that work there are very deticated to the animal's and the people that need their help .I have had a lot of help through them. I had two, one dog and one cat, that was just over eighteen. I'm actually looking for another dog, where I live the dog can't be more than thirty lbs. I sure hope that I can find a dog with those recommendations! I am looking forward to a phone call from the animal shelter!

They have 80 cats for adoption but you have to make an appointment. They will not take valenteers from schools. I'm sure they put you through the ringer if you try to adopt an animal. They have a great outdoor cat shelter but they never put cats in there not even in the summer. My friend try to adopt 2 cats for his farm for outdoors and this was not allowed. If you try to adopt a cat for a birthday present or Christmas gift that's not allowed. It's time to lighten up your rules. I think it's inhumane to hord cats.
