Lethbridge Event Rentals recently did our wedding at the Norland in Lethbridge Alberta. They were PHENOMENAL. The service was excellent, and they were able to accommodate all our requests including putting up lanterns- at a VERY reasonable cost! They didn't have the linen colour that we wanted originally, but were able to work with Calgary Event Rentals to get the ones we wanted- at no additional cost to us. They were great and made the wedding look perfect- I highly recommend their services!

The staff at Lethbridge Event Rentals (LER) are kind, accommodating and easy to plan with. They understood my vision and had everything I needed to carry it out. They are, I believe, the preferred vendors for our venue so it was an easy decision to book with them. Like I’ve said with other reviews, we live 600 km away from Lethbridge, therefore not allowing us to leisurely drive down there and actually look at their physical inventory. Luckily, their website has everything they have, with pictures included, which made it easy for us to choose certain things. Wedding planning brings up lots of changes, and having to change the number of tables, and adding and dropping certain items turned out to be a really easy process with them too! By the time we arrived to the venue at 8 am, LER had everything set up on their end already! The ballroom was good to go, everything was in place and it was perfect!
The only reason why I took one star off of my rating is because they never got back to me when I initially inquired with them via their website in mid-February 2023 for our October 2023 wedding. I had to actually call their phone number in late-April 2023 to start the process of planning with them. If I never called them, I don’t know if I would’ve heard back from them. Anyway, we then got the ball rolling and it was smooth sailing from there on!

If given the chance, would I book with them again? Yes, I would. Once I was in contact with them, there were no issues at all, they were easy to work with, responded very quickly to emails moving forward, and were great the day of our wedding!

David is amazing!! He can literally make anything happen. We got married at the Norland and LER provided all of our decor and supplemented fresh flowers with faux. Their stuff is amazing quality. David has great taste and great advice - he goes above and beyond.

Me and my wife got married at the Norland and David made sure all went well during the event. They were organized and on time with the decor, not making us worry or stress about it (which is very important during your wedding day).

Super professional, very organized, easily updated rental requests, and showed up on time for delivery and takedown. They are also affiliated somehow with Special Event Rentals in Calgary and were able to get in a ton of fake plants I wanted to use! The majestic teal napkins and runners were accurately named - they looked totally rad with my 80’s glam theme. Everything was great quality and super convenient. LER was an awesome company to work with to help bring my vision to life! I will update with photos when I get them back from the photographer!

I would highly recommend Lethbridge Event rentals! David helped us with our consult and he was amazing! He was helpful in guiding us in how much of certain things we would need as well as listening to us and making sure our vision came out! I was so thankful to have guidance during this process as he knew a lot more than I did on what we needed for our number of guests.
