I would like to give credit to an assistant manager Ryan here, (and colleagues) after they rectified a customer service issue very admirably.
I'd went in to pick up a cake that I ordered for my 4 year old daughter's birthday, and it could not be found. Obviously, this was not a good situation, as the party was set to begin in a couple of hours.
Within ONE hour they were not only able to pull off baking me a fresh one to the exact original order, but the manager delivered it to my house! He arrived to the minute we had planned on leaving. I was very impressed! The cake tasted and looked PHENOMENAL.

I had frustrating exerice this morning at the self check out. The stuff member responsibe for the area was teaching a couple of customers how to use the self check out which I can understand but it took nearly 10 minutes. When I mentioned the delay she simply said she had to teach customers, she didn't offer any appology. After I finish, I glanced over at ther, hoping she might say might acknowledge me since I am a regular customer. Instead she turn her head away, completly ignoring me, no apology or farewell.

I go there 10 minutes to closing time just to grab something quick almost got an very angry response from the manager and some staff. Please change your job if you are not happy to be there. I wasn’t gonna do a huge list of shopping and nobody deserves to get treated this way.

Store is open late which is convenient but how can you have a store open when most of it is shut down? Came at 8:45pm and everything inside was closed. Deli supposed to be open until 9 as told to us by the checkout clerk but they were no where to be seen. Not to mention all the gates and plexiglass they have up to make you feel like a criminal behind bars. Won't be shopping here often. Premium prices with very low quality service.
