When I'm out in the backcountry, the black bean dip and hummus are not only packed with the protein I need after a long hike, but they save me weight in my pack. When I'm stopping for lunch I'll rehydrate them to spread on a tortilla, mix the black bean dip into a chili, or l'll dip pretzel chips to bulk up an evening snack.

I'm also a monstrous car snacker, and love that I can make as much hummus as I need while riding shotgun!

I bought the mini packs as stocking stuffers for friends and family, and they loved it!

We love their hummus! So many delicious, unique flavours. We buy in bulk; since it's dried it lasts a long time. It's so nice to have a healthy, yummy snack ready in minutes. It's amazing on homemade pizza too!! Their Goopea cereal is delicious as well. I can't say enough positive things about Kent & Nic and their scrumptious products. Keep up the excellent work guys!

I’ve loved all the products I’ve tried from Local Pulse! Thus far, I’ve had the smokey curry humus, beet humus, black bean dip and the cinnamon raisin goopea breakfast mix. My absolute favourite is the black bean dip! It has great flavour and is on the spicy side, which I like. These products are versatile as you can also use them for seasonings in a variety of foods! It is easy to tell how much time, effort, and care Nic and Kent put into their products. They will ensure you have the best experience possible when buying from them! I would love to see them look into doing a subscription box or something of that nature in the future. If you are thinking of trying something from Local Pulse, take the plunge! You will be blown away.

Big fan of Local Pulse!

The Muesli is great for breakfast (my favourite is the Cranberry Pumpkin).

The hummus is perfect for camping. Delicious and convenient. Cannot recommend enough!

I've had their products from farmers markets, and a grocery store in Vancouver, and it's so consistent and DELICIOUS! This is awesome for road trips and camping and also at home! yummmmmm.
