Longo's Bayview offers a pleasant shopping experience. It is very nice, fresh, well-stocked, and neat but pricy compared to other grocery stores! But the overall quality and selection often justify the cost. I really enjoy shopping there. Sometimes, they have good deals, too. Just check the flyers. You can almost find whatever you need. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh with good quality. What truly I like in Longo's is its bakery. Whether I've personally purchased cakes and bakery treats or received them as gifts, they've always been incredibly fresh and delicious. The quality is always great. I prefer to buy birthday cakes, specifically their strawberry shortcakes from Longo's. Every time I’ve served a Longo's strawberry shortcake to my guests, I’ve received wonderful compliments. I highly recommend it.

I always enjoy going shopping here.
Things I like:
- packaged cold cuts all laid out & priced. There's a great variety!
- the high quality of their meat & and poultry, although sometimes the price is too high.
- Longo's own bagged salad. Nice, fresh, healthy & usually sold out.
- the employees are extremely helpful. They will walk you to where the item is. They are polite & friendly too.

One of my regular go to spots for groceries not because it is close to home but because they always have a great selection of produce and they are always fresh. They have a great garden centre in the sprint/summer season, the flower section always has a great selection of flowers and the meat section always has great stuff!

Although this store is smaller install as compare with other longos stores, they do have more of the essential and the vegetables ate fresh!
The meat or butcher custom cut service is hit and miss. The meat counter don't want to do a custom 2" + thick steak cut for me

If I could, I would give this Longo's a zero-star rating. I recently visited and was very unimpressed with the lack of customer service. I was in line to order a pizza, waiting for one of the chefs to take my order. After she finished with the previous customer, she and her colleague started chatting, and although they saw me, they didn’t acknowledge me or take my order. I stood there for about 10 minutes before she finally addressed me with a rude "Can I help you?"

By then, my patience was wearing thin, but I still ordered because my family was waiting for dinner. She then told me to wait 30 minutes for my pizza. I found this unreasonable, considering it usually takes 10-20 minutes even on busy days. At the time, there was only one other order in the oven. Due to her rudeness and the wait time, I ended up canceling my order.

This wasn’t my first disappointing experience. A few weeks ago, I waited the full 30 minutes for a pizza, only to return and find out she hadn’t even started it. I had to involve the manager to explain my situation. If it had happened just once, I could have let it go, but having it happen a second time is unacceptable.

These employees work Thursday evenings, and my visit was around 5:30-6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 14. I strongly recommend skipping the pizza here and going somewhere else where you’ll be treated with respect, and not feel like a piece of crap.

I’ve been doing my grocery shopping from this specific Longo’s for the past 10 years. The lovely staff at this location are always very friendly and helpful. How ever it’s been about a year now that I’ve noticed a significant change in their product quality control , considering the price tag. I bought afew packages of blueberry’s today and as I came to wash them they all looked old and mushy! It’s only been 1 hour from my purchase!

Always a terrible time here. It's dirty and for the last have I given this store a chance. I tried calling (3 times) today and first time someone picked up and hung up on me, the second and third time's nobody picked up. This store is utter garbage all around. Terrible service and always runs out of things we want. Definitely not recommended, save your money and shop somewhere else. You'd think one can get proper and good quality items, in exchange, you get garbage and terrible service.
