Ordered a cake for my birthday only to end up seeing a disgusting fruit bug come out from between the cake!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. We’ve been long time customers at longos and will never ever have purchase from here again!! People could get sick or even worse, called management and they didn’t even sound alarmed and offered a silly apology. Pathetic.

Today, I had a strong craving for carrot cake. I went to your bakery, and unfortunately, carrot cakes were gone ?
Lucky me, an amazing young lady in the bakery section told me that I can have one from the fridge next to the cakes section. I was afraid it might not be really fresh!
But honestly, I had one of the most amazing carrot cakes I have ever had

Really, I've enjoyed it to the max.
Super moist, cinnamon,carrot, walnut, and icing were perfectly tasty, fresh, and satisfying ?

Thank you for not disappointing my craving ?

I usually enjoy shopping at this location. But had a bad experience 2 days ago. Paid through self checkout and as I left the store. A man approached me and asked if paid for the items. I thought it was a joke...the man looked like a homeless person. I asked who he was and he said he was a manager. He had no name tag or a visible Longo's shirt. I asked what proof he had that he was an employee. He rolled his sleeve down to show he had a Longo's shirt.
I produced my receipt...luckily I got a printed one instead of email. Rather then apologize and let me go he examined the receipt carefully. His comment was how do I know this receipt is today's.
Really? This guy is a manager?
First two items were steaks. Which were in the cart and not in bags. I spent $50 in the store.
Had he followed me in the store he would have known /seen that I paid.
Instead this manager decides to falsely accuse and embarrass me with no apology for the inconvenience.

They are too expensive compared to other stores. I love the store but they don’t do enough to bring prices down. I see more and more products with Longo’s Logo on it but they are as expensive as any other products. I been going to this store for years but now I do most of shopping in Food Basic and the rest in Longo’s. I hope they will bring prices down more

Horrible customer service the lady at self check out tried to charge me more for my broccoli crowns she's like this organic I'm like no it's not i even took a picture after the 2nd time I had to go back change my broccoli she's like no that more I said no it's not i showed her the picture and I asked her.Do you have people going back and forth about this all day like idk about u but I'm on a fixed income I'm.not gonna pay 6.99 for broccoli when it said 2.99 and she was so rude about it. This Indian lady shouldn't be rude with customers especially working with customers and u treat them like that sorry but this is canada

This is my second time here at this longos for a to good to go bag and this one was a lot better then the first, for starters this bento bag actually had protein in it compared to the last time where it was just all rice rolls and it was kind of tough and not that good. Good quality bag this time around, thanks!

Horrible experience in the flower section. No one was at the desk, had to go around and ask for help. Was told to pay first, so I did along with a balloon. Then she asked if I wanted to wrap it, and I said yes. She wrapped it in the longos wrapping saying they have nothing else, it looked hideous. Then I said what about the balloon? And she had to grab the Starbucks employee to do it. Once she came around she asked if I paid which made no sense because why would I be walking around with wrapped flowers and asking to add the ballon. So she did it, with no expression on her face and looked annoyed as if she’s doing me a favour. Then she blew up the balloon and I had asked her to rewrap the flowers so it looks nicer in the clear wrap and she did. Then again, I had to ask her again to attach the balloon to the bouquet and she responded “idk how to do that” what type of people do you have working here? Do you not train any of them? This location needs more training in the floral section, absolutely horrendous experience.

Fresh produce and meat are always in good quality. I loved mostly their own- made Peanut Butter and Ice Cream.
