Absolutely horrible Customer service... the man that helped me either didn't know or played dumb cause he didn't think I would catch on being a woman or blonde or something. While I was there to return or exchange he tried to tell me there was only one part listed in the system for the part i needed for my specific car. . But in fact I found out later that there was a front and a rear of this particular part and that's why there was a size difference between the old one and the new one I had just purchased so failing to share this knowledge cost me more money in labour and completely wasted my time I feel like I was disregarded, not taken seriously and completely disrespected!!

This store is the worst parts store I have ever dealt with!! Charges our card that's on the account without asking and will not refund us!! Told us to go to the other Lordco if we didn't like it, so that's what we did and what I recommend for anyone needing parts in Oliver!! Have the day you deserve bud!!

I've never had a bad experience since I have been purchasing automotive parts in 20 year's service has change in the 20 years I've been visiting sometimes good and some not. Managers have changed a few times and employees so u have to get to no which one is very aware what u need or able to find the parts

Their person who is taking care of mixing custom spray paint for your car is amazing! A lot of knowledge there and took quite some time answering my questions and helping me figure out how to solve my problems I created by doing things the wrong way.

Not helpful. The guy hepls us KG was amazing helpful guy. I didn’t see a helpful person in my life. I was reading his helful face. The helpfulness was clearly shown on his face. He tried to do lot help us like making very little wait on couner by just talking to his known friend a customer. I just bought a plug to convert dc current to ac but it doesn’t work on my car( it might be defect in product or in my car plug). But he is very genuine guy, He couldn’t return it because it’s used. Because l plug it in my car and it’s used. Yeah seriously.

Customer service is still alive. These guys are amazing. The one guy stayed open well past “close” and came in 2 hours early to try and help racers in trouble at area 27. True parts stores and guys are not common but can’t speak highly enough of this Lordco.

Came in with an overheating engine at 6PM, just after the shop had closed, and was helped for well over half an hour to make sure I was safe to get back on the road. Amazing service. Sadly I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me out, but super grateful for it.
