I been getting my Pork and Beef from Love's fir the past 3 yrs. They are the best in the area in my book. The meet is top cut and quality. Highly recommend to get your meet from this guys, and you be going back for more.

99/99 stars. Ryan and Lambert run the most customer oriented business around.
Not only do they provide amazing quality with their own family farm raised pork, but they truly support many of the other local farmers with their beef, chicken, and goods like honey as well. You really get a complete bang for your buck, and nowadays that's 100% the most important aspect (the ham pictured is bone-in 22lbs and if you know anything about stretching a meal you'll agree that is a stellar price for that much food)

They are always willing to go above and beyond to get you exactly what you need, and we will always give them as much of our business as possible.

Anyone who leaves a less than stellar review is absolutely to be questioned.

My family introduced me to loves custom meets many years ago, now when I go visit no trip is complete without a stop to the meat shop.

I'm a jerky hound, and find they have great pork, and bison jerky, their double smoked pork chops are great also.

I find the custom service extremely friendly, and helpful. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Grandma Love, she was sweet as she was knowledgeable.

Last month we met the younger Mr. Love, also very knowledgeable, and friendly. You can tell the fella really enjoys what he does. However I must say I will have to keep an eye on my fiance, she thought he came out of a Hallmark movie, her words not mine. Honestly if I didn't like the jerky and service so much, I might hesitate to bring her, but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do when the jerky is that good.

I recently had the pleasure of using Loves Custom meats for a pig we purchased from a neighbor. Although we have yet to try the meat or really even see the cuts of meat, I have been pleased with the fantastic service I received from Ryan each time we spoke. He was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. It is because of this, I will give them five stars. If for some strange reason the cuts of meat aren't up to our standards, I will come back and change the star rating and my review. I can not comment on pricing as I do not have anything to compare this service to as purchasing meat in this manor is quite new to me. Until then, I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and leave it at 5 stars. He seems super passionate about his job and in my opinion, that type of pride and positive attitude will most often shine through in their work.

I’m not going to say this is the best butchers place to go because the one in Tofield takes the cake but the people are friendly and the prices might be similar on some things. I don’t like how they don’t have the prices of everything drawn on the board so you have to ask every time you want to know. Tofield has all theirs up. If they had prices written on the board, I would give 5 stars. They do have some pricing there but not enough .

Bought T-Bone steaks and you could cut them with your fork, course I did marinate them. They were so tender and had a great taste. The young man that waited on us was so friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Loves Meats.
