I'm not a customer that will affect their major bottom line, but they always take time to ensure you are looked after. Thanks, folks! I don't know why more hobbyists don't buy their kitchenware from these suppliers. Great quality, commercial durability, and well priced.

Absolutely amazing service provided by the MCL team. I was looking for two extremely specific refrigerators and they were able to help throughout the entirety of the process. They were extremely reliable and responsive throughout and offered the best prices. I would definitely recommend them.

Not Impressed with MCL or the owner BEN! Called and ordered a flattop grill on Monday Oct. 7 and was told that for an extra $20.00 I could have it delivered overnight. Not only did they not deliver on this order, but took the payment in full before the order was placed. He also lied when i asked if the order went out on the day it was ordered. He assured me it was and it was the Manufacture's fault. Unfortunately for him, I have dealt with that manufacturer in the past(numerous times) and when I spoke with them they gave me the date the order came in. It was a day later. So much for customer service and honesty! Will never deal with them again and will not recommend them to any of my contacts. Also will not return my calls for two days!

Absolutely terribly communication
from Lee Francoeur the Territory Sales Representative and completely disorganized office staff. I strongly recommend avoiding MCL at this time. I’m still waiting on a credit from an incomplete order that I partially paid for in April 2021 and it’s now July 22.

BRAND NEW sterilizing Stero under the counter dishwasher for our small Peace-Garden operation in the Byward market.
Helpful, beyond measure.
The safety for our dear customers of this reliable machine is spectacular.
Impressively fast.
Impressively clean.
Impressively thorough.
Meticulous.
We have been in business since 1992. Received this Friday, March 13. Installed Sunday, March 15. Closed our doors Monday, March 16.
Having been closed since then for several months, in preparation of reopening, we just witnessed how confident we are, this in place, with all the measures it offers.
What would have taken hours by hand, and not as reliable took only moments.

Found their customer service disapointing. I had been warned by others but the price was too good to be true - and it was. Now paying out of own pocket to repair problems which were identified under one month warrenty.
