I have been a customer of Markland Wood Group for a few years now.
I have them take care of my lawns during the summer and snow removal during the winter.
Their staff are polite, efficient, prompt, and do an excellent job.

I have been very pleased with the service I receive and Markland's commitment to keeping their clients informed of any schedule changes due to weather conditions, etc.
It's a pleasure to be able to rely on them to show up and do a great job every time.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I contracted out this company two years ago. When I contracted them out I let Lisa know I have a puppy on the property and that the back Gate needs to be kept shut at all times. She assured me this wasn't an issue.

Fast forward two years my mother's power of attorney has taken over bill payments and now pays them. I still reside on the property.

They showed up on a day they were not supposed to. My dog sitter had no clue and opened the back door the dog went out and took off out the back Gate because suprise suprise they left it wide open.

I had to come home from work and help search for my dog who took off on a busy street (I live on a main road) we found her two hours later about 5 blocks away. Someone was kind enough to hold on to her for me.

I informed Lisa of what transpired today and without even apologizing or finding out what had happened she responded with an email 5 words long " Have the bank contact us"

The property owner then contacted Lisa and she wouldn't even give her the time of day. Pretty sad when your dismissive to a senior citizen. Anyways references and word of mouth are what make and break a landscaping company and im sad to say this will be the last time me or my mother use this company.

I wish you good luck but you don't treat customers this way and expect repeat business.

Ps this is the work they preform as well. Disgusting.

From the time we started with Markland Wood Group 3 years ago, it has been such a positive experience.
