Horrible staff working. My ice tea was completely watered down and missing a 3rd of the drink itself, the fact they poured that drink, looked at that, and thought "meh it's fine" and served it as is, was absolutely horrible service. We ordered 2 large fries and they weren't even half full, what the heck? This was drive thru. Thats stealing our money at this point. I haven't even looked at the burger yet.. 😕 😩

If you're looking for handicapped ♿️ parking, there is only 1 spot which is ridiculous. I took a picture of it and also took a picture of 2 wide regular parking spots that should be designated handicapped ♿️ parking.
This issue is why I gave this location only 2 stars 🌟

The long rice I stood there and waited for the food. I just wanted to leave. It was so disgusting everywhere I looked and it just got worse and worse the more I looked around. Nowhere to sit all the tables were disgusting.

Horrible location, every single time I go I have to repeat my order 5 times just for them to still mess it up. I don’t understand how hard it is even a very basic meal with no customizations they mess up and very unfriendly they never smile, never have manners and rush you through. You say one thing and you get “is that all” after every single word. If I owned this location I’d definitely take another look over my staff and start firing off a lot of them because they are genuinely terrible at their jobs. Avoid this location and go to orillia or bracebridge literally anywhere else

I visited this McDonald’s location and had a very good experience overall. The food was fresh and served at the right temperature. I ordered a standard meal and everything tasted just as expected—well-prepared and consistent with McDonald’s usual quality.

The restaurant was clean and organized. The dining area was tidy, and the washroom was also clean, which I appreciated.

The staff was polite, and my order was taken and prepared quickly. Service was efficient and professional, which added to the positive experience.

For the price, the meal offered good value. It’s fast food, and it delivers exactly what you expect from a McDonald’s.

Honestly, after reading several bad reviews, I was surprised. My visit went smoothly, and I didn’t experience any of the issues others mentioned.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would.
I went through drive through and ordered a cone, get to the window and handed the girl 5 cash she tried to give me a coke.
I corrected her and said I asked for a small ice cream cone not a coke. The manager gave me the change back not my money back.
All three people behind the window did NOT speak English, by the time I finally got my ice cream it was melting down the sides and I'd wasted 20mins of my life. I also want to add it was 10pm at night and there was no customers in line or in the store that I could see.
I will never make the mistake of going to this place again

very bad service. they mix up orders with another car that was behind us. this is not the first time! and they still ask for extra money. and on the way I find out that I am missing the hamburgers that I paid for! I will fix it properly! and train your staff on how to properly work at work!
