The level of service from the moment we walked in was poor. There were 3 staff behind the counter and no one offered to help us until I asked to be served. Additionally, when we ordered a few pastry sausages and asked for one to be cut in half they asked for an additional $1 surcharge to cut the sausage. Like really!!! The original owners would never have thought to conduct themselves this way and we won't be shopping at McMaster's again after giving them our business for over 15 years.

The place is a local staple. They have great, fresh stuff. Very good turkey's over the holidays, great steaks, fresh ground meat, all very good. You pay a slight premium over the grocery store but its easily worth it. Their stuffing and gravy is also excellent.

I stopped in on a recommendation for a lasagne and it didn’t disappoint, for $35 it’s a great deal. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also bout the beef pot pie it was all a 5star rating for me. I’m about to go in now and get steaks for a birthday dinner.

I've been going to McMaster's for a few years now and have always been amazed by the great quality and services they deliver with every visit. when I was on my way to I was told they moved location closer to town, I was blown away by the new location. when I walked in I didn't know what I liked more. their beautiful show room with bright, clean look or the Sweet mouth watering a Roma of jerk chicken in the air. safe to say I walked out with a bottle of that with my monthly order and can't wait to try it out.

Recently moved to Nobel, near Parry Sound, discovered McMaster's Meats on a trip to Bracebridge, what a find!, the staff was both friendly and helpful, By far the best sausage rolls I have ever had, I am a sausage roll fanatic, have had many, never like these, picked up some short ribs, the gentleman cut the ribs for me, also picked up rib eye steaks, The ribs were over the top and as for the ribeye steaks I would venture to say that they were the best I have had, sooooo flavourful, will be making regular trips to McMaster's, thank you to all the staff for a truly wonderful experience. See you again soon.,..Back to McMaster's again, picked up fresh boneless chicken thighs, plump, juicy, awesome top sirloin for shish ke babs, what a find, will be a regular stop for us. Thank you McMaster's for great meats...

I've been a customer at McMaster's for many years. The prepared foods are fantastic and are made fresh right in the store, they have great meat and seafood options, and have many unique items from local companies on their shelves to try. The staff are always helpful and knowledgable. I couldn't recommend McMaster's more!
