I won a prize pack of assorted beef jerky from Medicine Hat Meat Traders through a local contest. After sampling various products, I can honestly say I am hooked! All the products are fresh, well seasoned, and tender. I think my current favourite is the dill pickle Ceasar sticks. Definitely in my top 3 beef jerky producers I would buy from!

We were at a recent wedding event where we got to taste the best jerky we have ever had. The perfect texture and taste. What a treat! The only problem is that it is hard to stop wanting more. All of the flavours were delicious. (The pepperoni was a big hit but pickle will always be my favourite.) Thank you MHMT for this awesome snack.

My son's soccer team used this jerky as a fund raiser, I ordered one bag of each flavour (other than dill pickle), and it's all terrible. Regardless of flavour, it all has the texture of a dog treat, think... "Pupp-a-rony". If you have had Jack Links teriyaki, that's a soft jerky.
This is just processed like pringles is to potato chips.
I'm happy to help my son's team out, but I will be suggesting we try a different fundraiser next year.
- This is not soft jerky,
- Teriyaki has some flavour but not much,
- Original is totally bland, not even as salty as one would expect,
- Honey Garlic is just a truck load of garlic with not a hint of honey
- Salt and pepper is just that, and totally boring,

Again it mostly comes down to the dog treat texture, this is most accurately described as hickory sticks made out of pupp-a-rony. It does not feel like meat in your mouth, it feels processed and faked. If you are accustomed to real jerky like Jack Links, you will hate this. I sure did.

Sampled this company, at a trade show! The pieces were thick and juicy…bought $140 dollars worth and not one package was the same as I sampled. I chose the pepperoni style, instead of the flat strips because they were thick and juicy when I sampled…but what I got was bags of what looks like end discard pieces!

I’ve been buying this jerky for several years and never disappointed. With Christmas coming will be stocking up for stocking stuffers and host gift additions. Great jerky and glad to support a family business right here in Alberta!

This is not actual real beef jerky. It is ground up flavored meat. The only reasons we are giving it 2 stars is because we purchased for a fundraiser.

Simply THE best beef jerky we've ever had! Tried it years ago and have been ordering online. We snack on it at home, at the shop, take it in the race trailer to the track on weekends, keep some in the tractor and combines on the farm...We each have our favourite flavours, so the variety box is perfect! My husband loves that he has no trouble chewing, even with dentures.

A friend and I are I'll after eating a piece each we looked in the bag to see this product has mold all over it. Couldn't find any best before date and didn't think beef jerky could be suceptable to going rotten so soon. I won't be buying this product again.
