This family run farm had been operated to the highest ethical standards of organically raised meats. The product is the shining star here. As a foodie, the taste is unparalleled, even when you do little else other than salt and pepper. Finally, if you have ever met Katrina, you will know that she operates this business because of a deep commitment to sustainability, love for the planet and genuine care of all beings. This experience may start with the desire to aquire great high quality protein, and beautiful flowers but it will likely end with a deep sense of fulfillment knowing that you are supporting the kind of farming that can last the test of time.

This is one of your best stops in huron country. Ethically raised protein, licensed organic, multi generation, a leader in sustainability. On top the quality of all their products is top notch and food you can feel proud feeding your children.

But I would say my favorite part is how hard they work to build a sustainable community. They work with other small business and farms, host workshops and free farm tours with experts who share why sustainability and embracing native plants is good for everyone.

Katrina and her family always provide me with an eternally fulfilling experience.

Their service is outstanding, and the quality of their meat is simply superb to the extent of always being reliably delicious for my family and I, even beyond - without any side effects. Her cattle roam free under green, untethered from the defiling clutches of the pharmaceutical bureaucratic drug lords that often preys on farmers using tempting subsidies inevitably compromising local client health.

Meeting place prices additionally are fair, given the exceptional quality. Dealing with Katrina is an absolute virtuous delight, she isn't just the food plug - she's the epicenter of traditional culinary farm-fresh experience. A beautiful Woman inside and out.

Beyond her holistic charm she embodies a genuine and admirable approach to agriculture with her inherent humanity - the true example to the testament of her great and legendary father's character rearing. A singularly formidable man, that stands out in a countless crowd not only for his strength and intelligence, but also for his unwavering determination, and commanding presence, that is prized with the example of his successful fatherly nature. A truly beautiful family including and certainly not limited due to this respectable demonstration of a father-daughter example. A legacy Katrina exemplifies in grace.

We’ve been ordering organic meat from Katrina and Meeting Place for over 10 years. They always provide excellent products, easy ordering system, and the best customer service. Their meat delivery system extends beyond their local region.

I only wish we lived closer, to be able to enjoy more of what the farm has to offer. The McQuails are also incredible people, who work earnestly and strive to make a positive impact on their community.

Oh my dogness

Katrina is wonderful to work with. We had an opportunity to visit the farm with our two dogs and got a tour of all their farm animals. I can confirm after seeing the farm that you can tell that the animals are well cared for. They have a beautiful apple orchard too.

We have ordered beef, pork, chicken, quail eggs, honey, and many more items and have not been disappointed. We use these amazing ingredients when making our pet treats. And I personally love the convenience knowing if we were ever too lazy to go to the store to get food, I can dip into our MPOF stash and just cook with their product.

Overall 5 stars for their products and customer service.

Fair warning though, the beef is a bit gamier than the beef you find in grocery stores. This is a win for us because pets love that smell and taste. But it does take a bit to get used to. If you aren't a fan of gamey meats, just marinate the meat well and you can barely taste the gaminess.

We purchase almost all of our meat in bulk from Meeting Place Organic Farm. The quality and taste is incredible. Visiting the farm is a huge hit with the kids. We love spending time out there and never leave without a jar or 5 of apple butter. I highly reccommend all of their products.
