Just enjoyed another delicious spinach ricotta lasagna. The tomato sauce has the perfect amount of sweetness and there is a great balance of ingredients between the pasta sheets (even my meat-loving husband requests this for dinner). The instructions have it turn out perfectly, and I always top with extra parmigiana fresh from the oven just to add a little extra something.

Mama Yolanda lasagna is by far the best frozen lasagna you can get! I will not waste money on any others, they are all truly awful. Mama Yolanda's is consistently great!! Well worth it

Bought some of Mama Yolanda's Gourmet Lasagna and was sadly disappointed. It's just basic average lasagna with a big price. Being someone who has a passion for cooking I found this lasagna bland and very dry. The consensus with the rest of the family was sadly the same. If they didn't skimp out on the sauce maybe it would be bit better. Don't be so chintzy with the sauce especially when sauce is cheap to make! I guess I'm still going to make it from scratch myself.

Just as a few have said, layers of noodles and no filling between them! A genuine rip off and a poor representation of an Italian classic. Definitely not worth the $14 I paid for a 4 serving lasagna.

This place makes (by far) the best lasagna I've ever had. Authentic Italian, multiple layers made from scratch, and so filling at a price that can't be beat. My whole family loves the ricotta cheese and spinach flavour especially.

Mama Yolanda's lasagna is better than any other frozen lasagna you can buy at the grocery store. My only question is where can I buy your sauce!? So good!

Excellent food especially the Mama Yolanda lasagna - the best ever. Had it served at our wedding and 7 yrs later, our friends and family still raving about how good it was. This Lasagna is now sold in many grocery stores. But it, you won’t be sorry. Nice family business too.

I love a good lasagna, this was NOT one of them. I saw the picture on the package and did a double look at the 28 dollar price, I had to try it. When I took my first bite, I knew I had been deceived. The only thing of note was the 10 layers of pasta with nothing between each layer. I could not taste any cheese and the consistency and taste of what little meat there was left a lot to be desired. I followed the cooking temp and time directions, but when I went to check the internal temp it was already at 205F . I guess it is possible that it might have been more appealing if I had stopped cooking it sooner but I am not going to spend this kind of money again to do the test. If you do buy it, maybe make sure to monitor the temp more closely.
