MCC Mission Thrift is one of those places that quietly makes a big difference in the community. The staff and volunteers are incredibly kind — they greet you with warmth, remember your face, and create such a welcoming atmosphere.

It’s well-organized, full of great finds, and always worth a browse. But what really stands out is the sense of care behind it all. You can feel that this place is run by people who truly want to help others.

Whether you're thrifting or just curious, stop in. It’s more than a store — it’s a little piece of what makes Mission feel like home.

Very well organized and maintained. Good prices and friendly staff. Buying an item, you know where the money will go, such as supporting refugees or a project in Haiti or something else.

Great selection, pricing and sales, since forever! Caroline is a particularly lovely face around the store 🙂 but all of the staff/volunteers are kind and helpful. Also take donations of most things around the back, and you can feel much better about donating here than at Value Village!

Amazingly cheap thrift store. Men's pants were under $5 and with the random deals these thrift stores do, could be as low as $3. Books and comics fifty cents each, you can possibly find rare stuff here and resell for profit. Tools upstairs aren't always in great condition, but it's for sale at next to nothing.

This is a great thrift store! Unlike with Value Village, (a for profit second hand store with outrageous high prices) the MCC Thrift has low pricing, as well as a sale system where every week they let items go for 50% - 75% off the price! They have a little of everything, clothes, shoes, houshold wares, toys, books and craft supplies, furniture, and even antiques and collectibles. The stock is constantly changing as people donate items continuously to the store. I really recommend this place, it's truly worth checking out the current offerings for sale!

Fairly well organized but is lacking in the home goods area. I'd go to the MCC Centre 15 minutes away in Abbotsford over this location.

Most things are affordable and of decent quality, however, this thrift store has joined the bandwagon of making it difficult for the demographic they are supposed to care about, to purchase things like good shoes (priced from $20 - $75).
Seniors, anyone on income assistance or disability will be unable to acquire the pricey pieces because, like all other thrift stores of recent, the thrift store is afraid to sell something at a decent price in case it is resold for a higher price.
Please find ways to keep the prices down so everyone has an opportunity to have not only "nice" things but good quality things.
People who have to be frugal with their finances shouldn't feel less than at a thrift store. It's the whole point of why we're shopping there
Thank you.
