Unfortunately had to change my review to 1 star based on unprofessional communication and false expectations/experience.

Upon the completion of the project there were extra pavers and scrap pieces of brick which were left behind. I was informed that for an additional cost Moose Landscaping would dispose of them and agreed to pay to have them removed. I was told the debris would be picked up the following week however as the next week arrived, Moose Landscaping did not contact me. I reached out to ask if they would still be coming by and was ignored for 2 days. After reaching out again I received a reply that a pickup would be scheduled for Wednesday May 1st. Wednesday came and went and I was left waiting. I had to cancel plans as I expected Moose Landscaping to arrive. I reached out to ask if they would still be coming by and did not receive a reply again. Seems like once they finish a project they cannot bother to communicate. Hopefully this review helps others when planning to select Moose Landscaping with their project.

We heard about Moose Landscaping through a third party site. The work we needed done was for our condo terrace. Harry from Moose Landscaping contacted me and was able to accommodate a visit to provide a same day estimate. The estimate received was very fair so we decided to go with Moose. The work started the next day and both Harry and Yad worked very hard especially as there were challenges with the site (first floor unit, no access to stairs).

I would highly recommend yad and his team, they were very helpful in the paver colour and design selection of the pavers. The moose team worked professionally and fast, they kept me up to date on the project and explained to me the rational behind the sloping of the pavers to allow for drainage away from the house. I especially loved the attention to detail in the garden bed was done perfectly, all being quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend the moose team to my friends and family. The team repairs and damage to the lawn and leaves the site immaculate daily and at the end of the job. I have received so many compliments from strangers on the driveway. Yad and Harry of Moose Landscaping recently completed two projects for me at different locations with excellent results. I was impressed with their work at the first site and so selected them for the second site soon afterwards. Both projects involved installation of interlock stones, Camden steps and in one case new sod in the front and back yard. I found Yad and Harry very easy to work with and was impressed with their quality of workmanship and attention to detail. They were prompt and cleaned up to keep the work site safe every day. I hired Yad and Harry to redo the interlocking brick on my walkway. It had a deep depression. They leveled the area and added limestone, the sand and tamped the area to direct the water flow away from the house where it previously flowed. They power washed the brick so it looks bright and new. Their price is very reasonable. They respond quickly and are friendly, capable workers. I would recommend them to anyone.

The moose team works professionally and fast, I would definitely recommend the moose team to my friends and family for both snow shoveling and lawn mowing. This year for summer contract I had a family emergency and had to leave Toronto. I just humly requested if they can take care of my front yard lawn and backyard and I sign the doc once I come back. They readily agreed and prayed for my dad's speedy recovery. They are empateic humble and down to earth respect people.
