My vet was on vacation when our Skye got very sick. The only options with our vet was Montreal or Ottawa Emergency hospitals. I live in Cornwall. Looked up vets and called Morrisburg Animal hospital. I called at 2 pm, we had an appoint same day at 3 pm. They are so caring with her, so thorough with the exam. They did blood work and requested Skye's file from our vet. The next day I got a call from the vet himself...not the secretary. On top of all this, they are so much cheaper than the country vet, we had been going to for years.
Needless to say, our vet is now the Morrisburg animal Hospital. They have so much more compassion towards their patients. I am thankful, our vet was not available. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my cat here for a few years now. The staff are great and care for the animals. I am on a tight budget and this vet practice had the best price in the counties. I will continue to use their services.

Our old vet Rafik Samaan retired and miss him a lot! Very professional and caring.
This new vet Tamer Hanna is a JOKE!!!
It all started when we brought our 4-month-old Sheppard wolf mix for her vaccines. She was super friendly with the tech and everyone for that matter until Tamer walk into the room. Glued to my wife and would not let him touch her or even accept treats from him.
We found that strange but did not think more of it.
Until last week when we went for our 15-month-old boy Sheppard wolf mix which are brother and sister from different litters.
He is a very expressive and talkative boy and hyper-energetic. He was so happy to see the tech and she gave him treats, the normal routine. When Tamer walked in the door our boy greeted him with a woof! Expressive right? The first thing that came out of Tamer's mouth he is cross and not neutered, then he complaints about his weight not being stable ( one pound difference in the last 6 months) and complains about his food( same diet as before) after all this complaining he realized on the computer that our boy is scheduled to be neutered.
It gets better he makes me do the exam on our boy, ears, teeth, mouth, etc.(let's not forget here I am doing the vets job because he is afraid of our boy, and he is getting paid for it, which also was a huge increase in the price compared to our other previous vet).
Now he demands me to mussel him, what do you think now ? our boy was getting nervous around the vet ? so he can give him his vaccines, which that did not work out well!!
My patience was done with Tamer, took the mussel threw it on the table, and told Tamer he is the problem ?.
He walked out of the office and the tech came back in and gave our boy the 3 vaccines he needed and some treats without any issues.
The point: only 2 times have we met Tamer 2 very very bad experiences, we were treated very disrespectfully by Tamer and he complained about everything we did, diet, weight, food, antisocial, being cross etc.
Prices have increased a lot, shorter hours, open only 4 days a week I believe now.
If you are afraid of large breed dogs you don't work as a vet and don't blame the owners for your fear of them. You do not become a surgeon if you are afraid of blood. It's that simple!!!!!! One last thing no one who works there agrees on anything and contradicts each other. Quite the team!!!!
Never again we will put foot there!!!

I have been taking my little Chihuahua, Chico, to Dr Hunt at this Clinic for some time. Being greeted by Melinda is always friendly. She makes every effort to book Chico in for his appointments at my desired times and, often squeezes in an emergency appointment, sooner than I would have expected. The pet care staff always cleans ears, trims nails professionally and with, love and care. Chico thoroughly enjoys their welcoming smiles and attention, to him. Dr Hunt is very informative, and allows me to make my own decisions. Thanks, everyone! See you, again.

Compassionate , professional and reasonable costs. They were there when we needed them when no other vet in Cornwall or area would help us with our very sick senior cat. Highly recommend them and the staff was super.
