Great knowledgeable and friendly staff, nice variety and quantity of inventory. On my recent experience, I walked in and knew what I was getting right away. It didn't take long before one of the staff asked if I needed some help, which I did. So they helped me get some tubing. After that was done, I picked up another item and went to the till. One customer was ahead of me, they processed the order quickly and I was next. The staff member at the till was friendly and had already totaled up my tubing and added my extra item. I paid and left. Excellent experience, will definitely come back again. Thank you.

Mother Nature store has staff who are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and pleasant. The store has a wide variety of pet food, plants, seeds and gift items. I always enjoy shopping at this store.

Terrible service - owner / manager has a very pompous attitude - I was quoted a price over the phone and confirmed that they had the product in stock, the price, and asked that they save me one. When I arrived at the store they had saved me not the product that was discussed and then the price was not honored for the substitute. The manager did not even want to discuss it and was very rude. This is not the first time I've been treated by the manager this way as it has been ongoing. I went to a another store Top Shelf Feeds Inc. and got the product I wanted and it was almost half the price Mother Nature was charging. Lucky for me!

Mother Nature is THE go to store for everything garden, pet, home décor, pond, and beyond! Hanging baskets, moss baskets, annuals, perennials, and garden edibles are hands down the best quality in town!! You can see the attention and care that goes into maintaining their plants! Mother Nature has endless pet nutrition options with extremely knowledgeable staff to go with. Many Canadian brands and natural or raw options. What I like most about shopping there is the fantastic customer service from staff and their happy faces! You can tell they are trained and treated so well by the owners! For a successful store that's been in business for 30+ years... they're definitely doing things right!!

Got to store after they had locked the gate for the soil, manure etc. but one of the staff opened it up to provide me with a last minute purchase.
Nursery staff is great and knowledgeable.
They also offer workshops!
