We have a little Yorkshire Terrier, and we’ve had a great experience at Mount Albert Veterinary Hospital. Despite her small size, she has had several issues, from eating toxic plants to chewing on sticks. The vets here have been so helpful and understanding. We also had her spayed at this clinic, and everything went smoothly. The staff is friendly and professional, and the assistants are very kind and attentive. Highly recommend Mount Albert Veterinary Hospital for anyone with pets!

Dr Aziz is very caring, reasonable and understanding. He saw three of our dogs and was very fair in pricing and availability. We will definitely be going over there from now on.

Our cat was in obvious pain, and unable to jump onto couch or other places she enjoys. Dr. Aziz was amazing with her, gentle, caring and knowledgeable. He recommended she be treated with Solsensia, for arthritis. These monthly shots have been incredible. She is back to her normal active self. Jumping on everything, back playing with her toys. Thank you Dr. Ariz.

Ozzy absolutely loves going to the Vet. The staff are super friendly and Doctors super knowledgeable. If you’re looking for great treatment of your cat or dog, don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Brought my dog in once to help with ear infection treatment. The only good thing about the appointment was that they were able to take us in quickly. Otherwise, the staff were quite cold and not very friendly. The vet tech who was in the room with my dog and I seemed irritated with the fact that she had to do her job. The vet came into the room nearly 20 min after our scheduled time, examined my dog’s ear and simply asked us what medication we used before (on a previous ear infection the year before). He did not run any tests to see what kind of infection he had and if the same medication could be used. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend bringing your pet here.

It took me a couple days to collect myself to write this review but here it goes. My family and I had to make the heart wrenching decision to put down our senior cat and scheduled an at-home euthanasia. When the day finally came, not only was the vet and his assistant 30 minutes late (which put so much added pressure on our family), but when they did arrive everything felt rushed and unorganized. The assistant seemed unreasonably forceful when trying to move my cat and her arthritic legs when they had to shave to insert the catheter. After everything was said and done, we were still charged full price with no accommodations or accountability. Heartbreaking.

I recently bought a dog and started looking for a clinic near my home, unfortunately I didn't like the staff and the clinics themselves!
I got here on recommendation!
And yes, I am very happy with the service. Always friendly staff, good service, reasonable prices and most importantly, my dog is not afraid of this place! 🥰
