We had an accident with our little Pomeranian who broke her front leg. I booked an appointment to see what our options were and we had nothing but amazing care from our initial call straight through to final bandage wrap. Each staff member came to know our pup on a weekly basis as with surgery came frequent bandage changes. The care and dedication to get our pup back to her spunky self again will always be in my heart. I appreciate every single member of this clinic.

Amazing first-time experience today at Mount Brydges animal clinic. The Veterinarian & technician were both incredibly knowledgeable & compassionate. My cat is not the easiest to handle (he’s a big boy and highly anxious) so I truly appreciate their top notch professionalism & calm nature throughout the entire visit.

I cannot begin to explain how much I love this clinic. We started with my service dog (now retired) getting her xrays awake, they just made sure it was affordable for me because I was worried about her. I then had 2 teeth removed on separate occasions. She was treated really well, and her being so used to being with me all of the time then, they would allow me to handle recovery. It made me feel really good to be trusted with her in that state. I never get sarcasm or dirty looks if I need to use any programs for help, and ive never received flack for being on ODSP. I was so happy with how hard and well they try to help us, that I brought in my cat for his teeth for a second opinion. This cat has vet anxiety and spit out his meds before we went in so I was nervous. Dr Osmond had Kevin relaxed. Ive never, ever had Kevin relaxed at the vet. They quoted me better than the low income vet, and again no flack for any help I used. They even put him on a cancellation list while we wait for his surgery date. I am so happy to have this clinic as an option, and I will continue to use them and recommend them in the future.

They have great staff and for the most part can accommodate quick emergencies. But pricey when it comes to blood work or X-rays but good when it comes to boosters and check ups. I have been taking my 5 cats and dog to them for years. Love it when they provide advice that isn't brand specific and can be priced out at local facilities. Very clean inspection rooms.

Even when it is a tough decision appointment to make the staff ( as well as Sarah who is just an amazing Veterinarian) is so amazing, compassionate and just provide an overall atmosphere that makes even those tough appointments an amazing place to be...
All my animals go here - and I have NEVER had any problems at all...

Very frustrated with this clinic!

We were going there for years for our dog, always paid our bills right away. Even when our dog had 2 expensive knee surgeries. Then last year, we went for a random appt, and their power was out so they could not accept payment using cards or e transfer. They said don't worry about it, we will get it later.

We don't go there often, forgot about the outstanding balance of 1 or 2 hundred bucks. Apparently they were sending us bills via mail to our outdated mailing address on file, which we obviously weren't receiving. So instead of calling one of the 2 phone numbers on file, or emailing us, they decided to send our information to the collection agency!!!

Unbelievable the extreme this led to, all without our knowledge!

Not to mention, we have not received any contact from the collection agency, we got the information of the agency the clinic sent our information to, and called leaving 3 voicemails over two weeks and we have still not heard back.

Now our credit score is affected and this has caused a major issue in our lives trying to get this rectified!

Having had animals my entire life I have had my share of poor vet experiences. This clinic is extremely effective at the delivery of their communication. The staff are highly professional and the follow up next day was a nice surprise given how busy they are.
They are obviously busy because they have earned the trust and resepct of many pet owners. This bodes well for their long term success.

Their prices are fair, in fact, it leaves me questioning how another clinic can explain why they are almost twice as expensive. I am left with the assumption that the clinic that charges excessively is assuming that the people of Komoka and Kilworth have very wide wallets. This selling strategy is called price discrimination. While profit is not a dirty word, maximizing profit through price discrimination can lead to ethical and legal issues. Mount Brydges does not do this, rather their pricing is fair and justifiable. When we earn customers fairly, they remain loyal and become our most avid supporters.

Well done Mount Brydges..........I wish you continued success.

Dr. Jamie Osmond is FANTASTIC. I had an interesting experience with my old clinic, and was not impressed with them. The only thing they did right was refer us to Jamie! Jamie performed surgery on my 4 month old Aussies leg, did it for a very reasonable price, and was phenomenal to deal with. He spent time going over the procedure, recovery time, and was very knowledgeable. If I could give more stars I would! Safe to say, you’ve gained a life long client and I will be referring everyone to Mount Brydges Animal Clinic! Maze and I are forever grateful! The staff were also so beyond incredible, sweetest people you will ever meet!
