I caught the workers blower dirt, rocks and debris onto my car which was parked on the road and washed 2 days ago. They offer to then use the blower to blow off what they did. I guess they have no problems making a mess of someone's property. I told them no way I don't want scratches.

I contacted the company and they have offered me a gift voucher to clean my car.

Makes this a good company.

Terrible Service – Do Not Recommend!

We hired Mow It All for snow removal at our commercial property, and it was a disaster. They were extremely late—after a major snowstorm, they didn’t show up the next morning, or even the same day. They only arrived the next morning after that, leaving our parking lot in terrible condition.

To make matters worse, they don’t respond to calls or emails, making it impossible to get updates. Our customers were frustrated, and this caused major inconvenience for our business. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional—would not recommend!

BEWARE Mow it All is an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE snow removal contractor. As mentioned in several other reviews, they wrongfully claim to be equipped and capable of winter snow removal and instead they cause property damage. They consistently arrive later than their minimum contracted service time, their crews are unskilled, their equipment inadequate, including bobcats and blades that have scraped our yard, damaged and chipped stone steps (see photos), trims and finishes all along the deck and perimeter of the yard and house. They repeatedly assured me they would address the damage but, after wasting my time for weeks, they have denied responsibility citing terms of their contract. Their leadership cannot be reached and has only responded to my negative Google review. They lack a single customer support point of contact with authority and accountability and are slow and ineffectual in addressing customer service requests and in redressing damage they cause. Hard to imagine how we could have had worse service.

As others have written they have no care for your vehicles, pedestrians or kids when working. Many times I have had to speak to whoever is working to not blow rocks and dirt directly at my car! I've seen them blow debris at kids playing in a school yard, the cars on the road and still leave yard debris all over!!! The carelessness and damage they have done each visit is infuriating. Anyone can blow stuff around with a leaf blower, horrible staff.
