To the average person this place looks nice. But to someone who knows what actually good quality care looks like. This place does not meet the mark. Skeletons in multiple fish tanks, tanks with not enough water, reptiles with health conditions and much more. Most of the rodents aren’t even labelled correctly. Please spend your money elsewhere.

The new fish aquariums are amazing! Nice to see a business invest in the wellbeing of the animals they sell. If they could just get their pricing more consistent, this would be the only place I'd go.

Great management, clean store and nice friendly staff. Skye the manager was very knowlegable and seemed very on top of business. Would highly recommend going here for any of your pet needs. The place has a comfortable family friendly atmosphere.

I’ve been in here many times also done some work here and very happy with the staff super helpful and kind, shout out to Skye who was very professional and the store doesn’t seem very corporate, but rather a very comfortable place to go. Please don’t change a thing

Recently got a fish tank set up, and hadn't had fish since I was a kid. Excellent customer service from everyone we encountered. Skye and Melissa are awesome!! They're knowledgeable, kind and really took the time to inform us correctly and answer all of our questions. We left feeling confident in our new hobby adventure. Have been back multiple times with more inquiries and every time they've gone the extra mile to ensure we know how to make our fish babies happy.

They're undergoing reno's with the fish tanks and can only imagine how difficult it is to be shuffling around inventory, caring for the animals and be helping customers. You can tell they're passionate about animals/education. I've been to other Mr. Pets locations but the Chilliwack location knocked it outta the park. Thank you!
