Went there with my husband for a day soak. Nice older facility. One main pool and a smaller kitty sized pool. No frills or thrills which is fine with us. Seems to be family friendly. The locker rooms are nice and clean. My only complaint would be the locker rental should be included in admission but not a deal breaker .

The little cabin was so cozy. The bathroom had heated floors and a bidet which felt like home. It was such a great experience. The hot springs were amazing. The breakfast was really good in the small cafe. Would love to come back.

***Edited Review After Response from Management**

Stayed at the resort last weekend, there was a major windstorm and the power was out during the entirety of our 1 night stay. The pools were closed, there was no cell service, WiFi, or Running water in our cabin.

The management team gave us a 20% refund and offered us a complimentary stay in future, which we do feel was kind and helped make up for the previous experience. We hope to come up again in future and enjoy the pools & can update our review to 5 star with a positive experience this time.

The hot springs were excellent with a perfect backdrop. There were only 6 people in the pools when we visited. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the first time visiting we will return.

The rv campground is $45 for hookups but the washroom is quite a walk upstairs. The hotsprings are additional $13 or $15 for 2 days. Nice water, no Sulphur odor.

Stayed in the campground (RV section) and accessed the hot pools. Very clean and quiet. Campsites are very close together and not a lot of privacy (which seems to be typical for a campsite with power). But the river behind the campground drowned out the noise of anyone else being close to you. Be aware your camping fees do not include passes for the hotpools. The hotpools themselves could use some updates but they are clean even if dated. Overall it was a great little getaway!

We stayed at the campground and loved it!
Staff are friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the noise of the river to sleep to. Will always go here when staying in nakusp!
