Thank you 🙏🏻 to the beautiful staff at this wonderful store. I am always in awe of how warm, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate the staff are. Their produce section cannot be beat. Such a marvellously unique variety on offer. Lovely spice section, I mean I feel like a kid in a candy store deciding what to take home with me. And they’ve got Sweet Cheeks bakery products available, they are dangerously delicious. Please don’t miss out on this special place, it’s deeply nourishing and healing for the soul 💕

Large..clean..friendly staff.
I love buying my coarse salt here from the bulk bins.
I've been experimenting with new supplements too.
It's a health store so of course it's pricey.
Never busy when I'm there.
Plenty of parking.
They have a small produce area and I've my bought farm eggs from here often.

Overpriced Milk Bottles.

Same Milk bottles are sold $2 less in Healthy Planet. Shops like these are inflating food prices. Very bad.

Honestly, a horrible customer experience…

I recently visited and was shocked by the poor customer service I received. The staff seemed impatient and emphasizing the fact that they wanted us out. Regrettably I came in 5 minutes before close but the lack of empathy and understanding was staggering. We entered and left before their closing hours and were met with distain as they locking the doors as we shopped.

The staff's attitude and behavior were unprofessional, and I left the store feeling frustrated. I can empathize for them wanting to close the store, especially since I’ve worked in customer service, but being friendly and being met with hostility is appalling.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately they failed to meet these basic expectations.

Unless they improve their customer service, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I have a history of gastritis and unfortunately the standard treatments don’t agree with me in the least.
I was graciously helped by two lovely ladies at the cash when I explained my plight. One lady knew the store ( its past and present inventory no less) inside out and the other volunteered to check other locations for the second product I needed. She subsequently called and they held it for me.

I’m happy to report that within eighteen hours of commencing the stomach supplements I was feeling much better. I will certainly be back. Thank you so much!

I visited 2 Fridays ago in search of a probiotic and way out of my depth. The lady working (Sharon or Cheryl? Apologies as I can’t recall her name) asked some questions and recommended a probiotic. She was absolutely wonderful helping me out. The cashier was also very nice and provided great customer service. I’m feeling much better after being on the probiotic and will be a returning customer.

Awesome store and great staff. My only complaint would be that the prices on a few things I buy regularly are a bit high (my gluten free flour, one supplement, and some of the canned items), but on a few others the price is lower than other places, so it works itself out. Their produce is always fresh and lasts awhile, and good selection. The price of produce is pretty good too, I like that I can go here and get most of my produce, saving a trip to the grocery store. The regular cashier I get is super nice, It's a great experience going to this store.
