Stress-free! Personable! Quick to Respond! Are only some of the words to describe my experience with Natural Source, highly recommend! Cody and Jan have such an amazing team, every delivery is put away so perfectly. Many times I've turned around to find that our kitchen has been fully stocked and organized - they are like ninjas! They can even source items that are not listed on their website. Cody and Jan are always so happy to help in anyway. I've been in the service industry all my life and their customer relationship is so hard to find, Natural Source is truly a Vancouver gem!!!

I would recommend them to anyone for a number of reasons - their snacks & variety are excellent & healthier, ordering portal is intuitive, website is very functional, they offer reliable delivery, and above all: I recommend them for their amazing customer service.

We've had very few mix-ups or issues with Natural Source, but when we have, I bring it to their attention & they're on top of it within minutes, remaining actively involved until they find a solution.

The STAFF is Excellent - they go above and beyond in their Customer Service! The food/snack/fruit/beverage selection is fantastic. They regularly bring in new items to try and very much listen to their Customers feedback and asks. We wanted Gluten Free Jerky back - they sourced it and we're once again - Happy Jerky Eaters. They have great Vegan, Gluten Free & Lactose Free selections. The coffee milk, cream and their alternatives selection, is better than the grocery store. I recommend Natural Source Snacks - 100%

Natural Source makes it easy to order our weekly food and beverages. Great selection, outstanding customer service, good communication and an eye for detail - I ordered a different size drink than I normally get and they quickly emailed me to double check if I had made a mistake, which I had. Laura and Callaghan are amazing!!! If I have any issues or questions they reply right away and do whatever it takes to make sure we are happy with our order and even do their best to bring in items not regularly listed on their menu.
The delivery team is equally amazing! They always make sure our order is displayed professionally. Our kitchen area looks like a display kitchen you might see at the PNE Prize Home with the fruit and protein bars laid out so nicely organized.

I work in a small office and found out about this place when they were handing out samples by the skytrain station. Turns out they supply delicious snacks and beverages with natural, organic, and healthy options to offices big and small. I started ordering immediately.

You can find great items like green smoothies, energy bars, fruit, yogurt, tea, etc and they deliver them right to the office kitchen. They even set you up with a snack station and there are even more options if you work in a larger office.

I've been ordering with them for a few months and have had excellent customer service. I've only had one issue with one product seeming off and the immediately said they would take it back and they even got back to me after contacting their supplier about it.

I think this company is a great option for anyone looking for new options for their office snack and beverage supply.
