I walked into White Rock Natures Fare this morning at opening. Had the Best experience ever. First off, I was buying some wellness products on sale day. Tia, at the cosmetic counter, was outstanding with her knowledge, honesty, and charm. I did not feel pressured in any way,. Tia!!!! Your the Best. :). then i was looking at some out door plants, and Stephan the produce manager took it upon himself, to bring more to show me from the back. At the check out, Dan the manager was as well so friendly and welcoming. Thank you team @ Natures Fare White Rock. I can definitely call this my New favourite store to shop.

Great spot for a healthy little lunch. Nice soups and innovate smoothies. I like buying my veg. and fruit there as everything is organic so no worries about any cross-confusion with the regular produce. It's a smallish store with a neighbourhood vibe.
(one little suggestion: maybe cut back a bit on the sugar in your muffins for a healthier option.) But lots of health minded items at this grocer and lately I've noticed some new dairy items from local farms which is awesome.

This used to be my favorite store but I won’t drive from Vancouver anymore after they stopped carrying my favorite vegan and gluten free brands. They used to have the best cocunut bread from Kelowna - don’t carry it anymore. They used to have the best mushroom truffle vegan perogies from west bank - they don’t carry it anymore. They used to carry the best Parma-veg (spicy) as a sprinkle replacement for Parmesan cheese- they no longer have it. Sorry natures Fare- you lost all of my business. Your new buyer sucks!

Abundance of wellthy items for a spa kitchen reset/restock
Highlights today include Filsingers Apple Cider Vinegar, Kicking Horse Hola Light Roast Coffee, Four Sigmatic Adaptagenic Mushroom samplers, Jerseyland Organics Grass Fed Full Fat Yogurt, Manuka Honey and 2 of my must haves: Maison Orphee Dijon Mustard and Barnes Naturals Manuka Apple Cider Vinegar

There soups if I figured the vegetables are el dente. and make from scratch. Are far better than save on food.n White Rock or any other locations !!!! They are cryovac bags!!! Not only there is no pride of making fresh soups and sense of accomplishment for the cooking staff. But there do not teach them to do rotations of the soup. So if you wait until past 12:00 am a bacon and potato soup at Save On Food. It is a mashed potato soup. I went to nature,s market and the soup so far as a quality standard

Now my best place to get lunch in White Rock. I got the squash pear kale salad and the chicken feta cheese meatloaf to die for. It was the best lunch I had. I had to go back later for dinner😁😁

If I could give 0 stars that would be it. Decided on a tuna-melt for lunch today and the processed cheese used for these sandwiches still had the wax paper in it. Add to that, the paper had MELTED into the sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. Do not go here
