If the manager is there, you will be treated well. When the girls are serving you the food. God bless you. Your wife will complain to you or you will have missing portions of food. Don't go home without checking your order. The girls there have no clue about basic customer service skills.

I used to be a regular at this restaurant and was excited to stop by again after some time away. I called ahead to order koobideh and specifically asked if it came with rice — the person on the phone said yes. When I picked up the food, it had been sitting ready for about 15 minutes, which was fine. I paid around $40 and drove 30 minutes home, only to find there was no rice included.

I drove back to the restaurant and politely asked if they could warm the koobideh since it had been sitting for a while. Instead of helping, a staff member responded rudely and started yelling about the food sitting out too long — which wasn’t even my complaint. I was just confused and disappointed that I was told the meal came with rice and then had to drive back to get it, only to be treated poorly.

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially from a place I used to enjoy and recommend. I hope the staff takes this feedback seriously — a little kindness and accountability go a long way

Ordered the classic beef kebab dinner with dill rice and Fava beans. With a walk-in it took about 15 minutes to be ready. They should verify what rice you want after you order. The cashier was a bit rude; I actually discovered this restaurant about 20 years ago. The kebabs are very good and have not changed much over the years. It was $18 for the dinner which definitely has gone up in price. The dinner included grilled tomatoes, raw onion, pickles, lemon wedge and chili peppers. Food was just warm considering I picked it up and waited for it to be prepared. I would visit again but would place my order first before going there.

I used to go there like 7 years ago after my workout at the gym & get some Kababs. The owner is really nice, & sometimes they would give me stuff on the side for free like the date-biscuits that I liked. He asked me once about my gym, & when I told him about it, he joined it as well, as I now see him there every time I workout, since I've been back for almost 3 months.

He invited me to come to his shop to make me a plate for free. That was a very good meal, I'll tell you that.

The food is topnotch & delicious.

Very very very testy Middle East Kabab and chicken barbecue and the price very reasonable plus all the other delicious foods they have and middle Eastern supper market with many different foods from there and they have fresh halal meat 🥩 I recommend to everyone try Nawzar and I’m sure you will like it

Love their kabobs and rice, best pickles. Lamb is delicious. Dill rice is so good.
