Terrible experience! I ordered a customized cutting board for my prep fridge, but they delivered the wrong size. The salesperson nakul handled my order . When I went to the store, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and refused to take it back, spoke to me rudely and blaming me instead. She also claimed they couldn’t accept a return because it was opened—yet they gave me the wrong product!

I requested a refund for the price difference, but they ignored me completely. No response, no refund—just bad customer service. This place is unprofessional, overpriced, and does not care about customers. The Mississauga location is much better and cheaper. Avoid this place.

I’ve been purchasing commercial appliances from Nella for years now, it has always been my preferred store to go, I’ve visited several of their locations and they have always been helpful specially at the queen location.
Nella on Ellesmere on the other hand has the worst sales people and even worse customer service if not existent at all, I went there looking to buy new appliances for my store when a sales representative named MAC approached to us doing what sellers do, everything was fine until it was time to pay, we were told that shipping would be $150 dollars for a drop off, if we wanted to have the appliance brought in the store it would cost double the price even if the appliance just goes in the main floor, literally double to price just to cross the door, it must be something new because I’ve never heard of that before and I buy a lot of stuff from Nella, i learned after they do it due warranty issues so they can protect themselves which I find silly because we are already paying a delivery fee and they claim to have great warranty that’s how they justify the higher prices compared to other places.
So I paid for the drop off because the freezer was going on the main floor so I didn’t want to pay $150 extra just for them to push the freezer through the door.
The sales rep MAC gave me a time and day of delivery (Monday morning, I made the purchase on Thursday) I made arrangements to move things around in the store to place the freezer where it would go having in mind I would open store later so I can organize and put everything back in place to open but MAC just texted me “confirming” a delivery for the next day (Tuesday) I texted back telling him my delivery was supposed to be that morning (this texts took place in the afternoon assuming maybe they were still in their way), he texted back saying “o yeah there was a delay sorry” not caring about any trouble this caused me,I had product delivered that was going in that freezer, I had moved everything around expecting the drop off, now the freezer wasn’t there and I opened my store late for nothing loosing money and customers, now I have to wait for 2 more days so I called him to complain, it was like talking to a a child saying he never promised the time of delivery and offering a deliver 2 days after that when I already had product that was supposed to be in that freezer, I tried getting my money back so I could buy the freezer somewhere else because I really needed it to put the product I already had in the store but they didn’t want to give me refund saying that they had to talk to their manager, of course the manager wasn’t in the store ( I guess hasn’t been since then becasue no one has called me yet)
I had to throw some stuff that I couldn’t put in that freezer because I couldn’t get my money back to buy it somewhere else and had to wait for the freezer for 2 more days, it arrived today and oh surprise freezer is scratched and damaged!!!!! I texted MAC but he’s been ignoring me.
This is worst customer service I’ve ever experienced they don’t care about anything else but the sell, they are nice until you pay, after that they don’t care what happens to the product they sold to you or the person they are selling to, they are rude when you have a complaint and don’t even try to fix the problems they cause to you. Such a disappointment that this company doesn’t care enough about the people that bring them business and don’t do anything about this sales persons, reading at other reviews there is other people complaining about the same sales rep I only wished I read them before purchasing at that location
