La première fois, j'ai attendu 1:30 et j'avais 1 rendez-vous. Il y avait des cas plus urgent mais....ils étaient débordés

2iéme fois ça bien été pas d'attente. Par contre si vous ne parlé anglais ça peut causer un problème de communication.

Thank you for taking us in when our vet was fully booked! All the staff was very kind and smiling. My cat Salomon is doing so much better! The price was very decent and I am very satisfied with the service received. Going to the vet is scary and my cat left the vet in a great mood very perky and curious.

Dr Jones & Dr Benjamin are some of the best veterinarians that I've ever been to, and with how many animals I've had, I've been to quite a few different vets. They take time to make your pet feel comfortable before poking and prodding at them. They're great with my reactive dogs, and take the time to explain everything thoroughly to you.

The vet techs are amazing as well, always very friendly.

And the staff at the front desk are great.

10/10 recommend Nepean Animal Hospital.

Moved back to Ottawa in September and was happy to live so close to Nepean Animal Hospital. They took my dog in as a patient with no issue. A couple months later, they saved his life by taking him in last minute when he ate something out of the garbage he shouldn’t have. This week he got kennel cough, and again they got him in right away and gave him great care. The staff are so wonderful, the care is great. I really feel like I can trust them with my dog’s health and I plan on moving my cat there as a patient as well! Bonus that it is so clean and the exam rooms are actually pleasant to sit in. The wait in never too long and the staff are really good about communicating what’s happening. Could not be happier with them!

I had my kitten, Lucy Joy, that I adopted from Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue (formerly named Birdy) spayed at this animal hospital yesterday and I have to say that my baby girl and I were both treated very well and with kindness and compassion! I was having major anxiety because of losing my cat, Daisy Grace, a couple months ago (she’d been diagnosed with a congenital heart defect shortly after being spayed) so I was really nervous going through the spaying of my new baby girl and this hospital is so kind, patient and compassionate to both the pets and their owners! They answered all my questions and kept me updated with progress calls while my girl was under their care and sent me home with the information I needed for my baby girl’s recovery! Such kind and gentle vets, vet techs and staff!
